This food was awful it’s our second time having this experience. The fries are either not done at all or burnt. The chicken is not bully cooked so they just over so it with the sauce do you won’t see it till you have bitten into it. This place use to be really good when they opened. The restaurant was dirty. No trash cans. Fries were very greasy and over cooked. We had asked for fresh fries, and it took them forever to cook. While we waited, the man who was supposed to cook them went in the back and ate his subway! My husband had to tell the other guy to cook them because they just sat them on the counter and must have forgotten about it! They don’t wear gloves. Never Again!!!!

The wings were delicious but not very hot. And the fries were burnt and cold. Still seasoned well though. The tables were a bit dirty and they were out of all flavors of coke besides regular. So, not the best. But they were friendly.

Female employee stated it would be a 5 minute wait for my mobile order to be ready when I arrived. I sat there for 14 minutes before order was ready. Why lie? Almost 3x longer of a wait. No apologies for the long wait.

Ordered online on 9/10 for a 9/11 dinner pickup. That store called me day of and said they were closing for lack of staff. This I can appreciate. Referred me to different store in next town. They fulfilled order but missed items. Had to drive back. Partially my fault for not checking bag. Then I found out they charged me at both stores. Still trying to get refunded from original store. If their prices and food weren’t good………UPDATE 3/1/23. IN THE END IT TOOK 41 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. And it was my credit union that decided to credit me after I had filed a fraud claim. Store manager Sarah and District manager Gary are incompetent.
