I was in the store yesterday afternoon and I was disgustingly disappointed in the new general manager Melvin. He’s not only very disrespectful and rude to his employees but also to people over the phone. I heard him say several times after getting off the phone with whom I’m guessing is an employees family member and said “ if you don’t get your people’s you’ll lose your job idc idc “ over and over. This is not how management treats their crew, and you also don’t disclose that information in the front of your store with customers around. So disappointed in how the store is. Do better Wingstop

Waited 50+ minutes for our food and it was terrible to sit back at watch people voice to text on their phones in the back as well as just standing there. Having worked in the food industry it really is frustrating. I’m sure these are great people but terrible terrible service and wait times.

Horrible! Sat here and waited for my food for 30 minutes. Then I went up to ask where my food was and it had been sitting there in a bag the entire time. It was for here. Employee working in sandals and constantly yelling at eachother. Closes at 11, Was here at 9 and the majority of the chairs where already put up.

The food is great but the store is not run well. Their time management is awful. I believe they are busy but every time we come to this location our wait is double what it was when we called ahead. We are currently sitting waiting (1hr 30min) for wings that were told it would be 45 min. Very frustrating and watching the crew yell at each other and walk out to smoke while there is 20 customers waiting is awful. We will be trying a new location.
