Well, here we go again! We decided to give this another try. Epic fail. I ordered online and received the confirming email at 4:33, saying it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. My husband went to pick up and was, ignored at the counter for several minutes. Two employees were going outside and coming back in and only grunted when he said he was picking up. Only 1 person was doing anything until a woman came in and started frying. He got the order about 5:10. This was our first time actually trying the wings and we were not impressed. My husband said he had never seen such disorganization. Buyer beware! Never again!

Pretty solid place for some chicken. The sandwich was juicy and had good flavor. The voodoo loaded fries and Cajun corn have the same seasoning so they taste pretty similar. There aren’t many tables and it’s a small space so I would recommend taking the food to go. It also takes a while for the food to come out so it’s a good idea to order ahead.

Where do I start with this place! I came in for a quick to-go order. I wasn’t told that there would be a 25 minute wait until after I paid for the order. Now im sitting in the dining room with tables full of trash. Like all of them. There is a dude sitting in a chair in the kitchen. The manager is in the back raising his voice about how someone has strike 2 for the day and next one they will be out the door. This entire staff has no hustle. It’s like watching turtles cross the road in the middle of August with a train wreck and a plane crash all going on at the same time. But don’t forget to check out the pic of my boneless wings!

Extremely unsatisfactory! Placed an order they were out of the flavor so instead of letting me know allowed me to pick up food and go home only to discover they didn’t flavor anything! Requested a refund. They are a card only location but told me that can’t refund me! I have to wait for them to call manager. 5 days later WHERE IS MY MONEY! Lady that answered phone claiming to be a manager sounds like a incompetent 10 year old.

I did a carry out order and it told me it would be ready in 28-33 minutes( this was at 5:32pm) I arrived at 6. Apparently something happened with the printer. There was no communication about what was going on until way after several people were sitting there waiting. Finally it was ready with no I’m sorry, no compensation nothing, just gave me my bag and that was all. I walked out of the store at 6:46pm. The fries which are usually good weren’t good at all. Very disappointing! This was my fourth Saturday in a row to come to this location and sadly will probably be the last.

Best way to describe this place is a joke. Had multiple very unpleasant experiences. First one placed an order and waited over an hour (in the store) & when I went to check on the order they apparently had no documentation of my order. The manager is incredibly rude and shows no signs of good customer service. I have yet to have an order that is completely correct as well.

Ordered on phone and when I went to pick it up got out my cash to pay. Was told they do not take cash, only cards. I had lost my debit card and did not have my credit cards on me. Never again! Who doesn’t take cash? Went right across the street to Hawaiian Bros who were fast, efficient, friendly, and…THEY TAKE CASH.,

I always order ahead and my order has NEVER been ready at the pickup time, it doesn’t matter if I come 10 minutes past estimated pick up or how slow the store is- my order is always slow. Staff are not personable and I’ve never experienced what I would call “good customer service” at this store. Very disappointing because the food is good.
