Several “fast food” places seem to have an issue with keeping fully staffed. But not here. This place had a full staff, a very clean location, and top-notch customer service. They were VERY busy on Friday night but still were giving EXCELLENT customer service and getting food out quickly. Definitely recommend this location. It will be my location of choice from now on.

I’ve ordered from this location probably 5 times and idk what the deal is but the fries here are SO BAD. Under seasoned, cold, soggy but still somehow firm? I love Wing Stop fries so it’s not the fries themselves, it’s however they make them here. I specifically asked for extra fry seasoning and there’s still barely any, on top of them being cold and underdone. Wings are good tho.

I always have a good experience here. The food is good and is prepared in a timely manner. The environment is sufficiently clean. The music can be a little too loud but they’re very malleable when it comes to what the customers want. Who I believe is the manager is very friendly, always keeps busy. There was an upset door dasher when I last went, but the manager and another employee handled the situation very professionally.

I recently visited this Wingstop location on Parker and Santa Fe in Olathe and had mixed feelings about my experience. While the restaurant boasts a wide variety of wing sauce options, the quality of the chicken left much to be desired. It seemed like some of the chicken wings might have been old which was a major letdown.

Wingstop in Olathe is soo good! It is a go to once a week. Kind of a guilty pleasure for good wings. The service is awesome and people are are kind. The food is always made fresh and hot. I can’t get enough of their homemade ranch sauce. So glad there is one nearest to my house. My whole family loves it!

We orders from their webpage and selected delivery. I paided on their site then, got a text that a dasher would delivery my food. No problem until said dasher delivered my food and both of the fries were missing so I called the store and explained they told us that they cod not refund me cause they did not get their money yet from Door dash. I said that is funny cause I paid on your webpage and my receipt says from wingstop not door dash…. So I call door dash they try to call the store for me and no answers twice so they sent a message and told me it is on wingstop, I stated to them I just want our fires and we will go get them. The man’s ok will add that to the message. I called the store back and told them the same thing the man claims only door dash can come get them ….
