Ughhhh 46 minutes wasn’t even the issue but my wings have no Seasoning on them smh. I ordered online and had my husband pick them up the garlic parm wings are the only ones that taste like anything smh. We were so excited to get a wingstop on this side because it’s closer than the one on Seneca… I bet I’ll drive across town next time…. this location better get it together or it won’t last.

Just all around trash location..food & service. First, I spent $80 for a large order– wings were dried up to a crisp with no meat left to actually eat besides a jerky, only received half my order, and hung up on several times when called the location to handle the missing items. 1st call, told “We aren’t taking call in orders, order online” then immediately hung up on. Called again, then met with the same dismissive attitude- talking over me to where I couldn’t even explain my order situation. I was told to call door dash to handle it and hung up on. I called again, they said general manager would be there in the morning. Then two people got on the phone with me at the same time with “”No no no no no”. This order was placed on THEIR website, not Doordash- Doordash was the delivery only, but they helped me way more when I called them than these foolish, rude employees did. I reported this to Wingstop corporate, as I would like a refund-not only for my missing items, but also for the chicken jerky I received. I’ve read the complaints on here, and if the GM actually cared to do their job right, they would pay attention and start back from scratch because I guarantee the poor product output and poor associate behavior would put them in a place where their franchisee license should be revoked.

I’ve never been to Wing Stop before but came in to pick up an UberEats order for a different customer and had to sit for a few minutes because they were getting slammed with orders. They were very communicative about the wait times and were nice enough to give me an order of cheese fries (which were absolutely delicious) and a drink just for waiting that extra little bit!! Thank you guys for your kindness and great customer service, we need more people like you! ❤️❤️

First time I ate here they said they burned my receipt or something? And it took forever to get my food because they forgot to actually make it until someone noticed I had been sitting in the lobby for like half an hour. Next time they told me it’d be 40 minutes before anything was ready before I even placed my order. Dude they didn’t spit in my food or anything but the service here is horrible. It should tell you something all the reviews up to this point are either 1 star complaining about bad service and long wait times, a joke review about getting laid?, and some suspiciously generic five star reviews by 1 post accounts. Oh, and dear shills, two of the reviews have the exact same copy/pasted wording.

I was so excited a wingstop opened up near me and it was fantastic! The workers were all so nice to me and even went out of their way to bring me the food themselves! One of my friends said they waited 50 minutes for their food but I think they are lying because I got mine in under 15. All the other reviews are also not true trust me. These guys are the best employees and workers I have ever seen! Other reviewers say the wings were soggy or undercooked but I say they do not understand the taste of medium rare. Those people must like their steak well done or something. I agree with another reviewer named Bob Smith with how the wings should be made. 5 star rating!!! Keep up the good work guys!

Had high hopes for this location and they tanked it. I did an online order tonight & was quoted 58-63 minutes. Went in about 5-10 minutes before it was ready and it was sitting on the shelf. When I brought it home, not only was the food cold and the fries soggy, but we didn’t even have our complete order of 20 wings. We got 6 of them. I tried calling before I headed back and there was absolutely no answer. So I drove back while I was on hold, and had no answer the entire drive back. When I got in, I was treated as if I were a problem. Jade, the lead I assume, was very rude and condescending during our entire conversation. No one really spoke to me regarding the order outside of what was wrong. There were employees yelling, cussing, and hanging out in the back during this process. People came in behind me and were treated warmly whereas I was continually treated like an inconvenience. No apologies were given or explanations made, a young man simply looked at me when Jade walked off and said “it” would be ready soon. No idea what “it” was since that wasn’t communicated to me & honestly would’ve just preferred a refund at that point. There was a staff member eating food in front of a full lobby while others waited for their order – I also heard others complaining of the wait time being off. If it’s not going to take an hour, don’t say that. Nothing more irritating than picking up soggy, cold food that’s clearly been sitting out. If I could give 0 stars I would, this was NOT worth waiting 1hr+. I’ve been going to Wingstop for a long time & love the other locations I’ve been too. Either stay far away from this one or wait a couple months for them to figure it out, ‘cause this location absolutely sucks. Unprofessional, rude, and disappointing.

DO NOT go to this wingstop unless you want your time and money wasted. They have no idea what they are doing and they’re just running around trying to figure out who’s doing what order and who’s order is this, they’re a complete mess. I was supposed to do a doordash order here, and they had no clue who was doing the order. The order ended up not being done and apparently “picked up” by somebody else. Even though they know I was there for that order as I said HOUR before, when i first got there.

The absolute worst wingstop I’ve ever been to. I ordered 2 meals which came to a little over $29. I waited 30 minutes and 3 different employees asked my name and I said it clearly every time. After 30 minutes I asked if my order had been even started yet and the reply was “no”. So I asked for my money back. There was no manager at the store so I was told to wait an hour. After that I called and was told the manager wasn’t there. I came back to the store and asked to speak to the manager and she instantly had an attitude. I told her I’d like to get my money back and she said it’d take 3-7 days to go through. I said ok but why aren’t you at the store taking care of this. That question upset her so she said whatever I’ll be there in 5 minutes. The one off Harry in Wichita is the worst on the planet

The service was outstanding!!! They were very nice and I got my food in under 15 minutes! I do not know what these guys are talking about with this “bad service” but I think it was great! Their wings were phenomenal. Perfectly seasoned and were not dry at all. It was cooked medium rare. Just the way I like it! 10/10 would eat again!

I thought the other reviews were just being dramatic. I thought it can’t be that bad. It can, and it is. We waited 50 minutes just to receive one of our boxes of wings wrong and one box left out completely. Thankfully they did correct this and bring those out. I understand being brand new and I’m sure they were trying their best, but it was such a long wait in a really chaotic environment. I’d say give it at least a few months before trying to go here or just learn from me and DON’T!
