Food is fine, when you can actually get it. We’ve placed orders here maybe 5 times in the last year, and in at least 3 cases our order was missing an entire meal. Service is slow and not particularly friendly. Something just seems to be failing at this location.

The food was alright and the place was clean. But oh boy… they had only one person to cover a shift for a while. The individual showed signs of frustration and impatience. They were tossing and slamming items. They got our order incorrect but at this point, I didn’t blame them.. they need more people that could help them out for their shift. No person should be working like this.

Ever get kicked out of a wingstop??? Well my boyfriend and I did tonight. Ordered 30 wings that were supposed to come with fries and veggies. The “workers” ARGUED with us because it doesn’t come with it but clearly, it was on the menu, posted on the wall. I told them its also on the app, and he said I should have ordered it there instead. We had to sit outside because the dining room was closed at 9:40, they didn’t close til midnight. The workers were all touchie feely with each other while making our food. When we confronted them about getting the rest of our order, they got very hostile with us and locked the door so we couldn’t attempt to come back in. We called another location in Lincoln, and they confirmed our meal was lacking fries and veggies. If you decide to get wings, because these are amazing, DO NOT go to the one on Pine Lake because you will get cheated, especially if you go after dark.

Hit or miss ordering food from here. The food is great, don’t get me wrong. But you probably won’t have a chance to order anything unless you walk in the front door and don’t bother calling, because they wont answer. Flip a coin before using the app or ordering online, heads it will work fine and you get to order, tails the app is broken and wont accept any form of payment making it so you cant order anything. Finally, your order might not even arrive. They go through Doordash so lots of times the driver gets confused and never shows up. If this happens too many times Doordash will tell you, “too bad”, and keep your money (and your food probably) for themselves.

The food was super salty. Fries were like limp potatoes I’m not sure if that’s how this brand does things but I like a little crisp to my fries. The wings looked like sauce was just poured on top. Again I’m not sure if that how they do things but presentation was not good. The ranch was amazing!! It makes up for the 26 minute wait to get a 6 pc combo meal!

Worst wings I’ve ever had in my entire life. We got a little bit of variety everything was either too salty or too bland fries were not even seasoned and stale. Also they gave me ranch with streaks of green slime which I am going to assume is mold.

I ordered online 15 minutes early so I could have my food ready during my break. I get there, they never saw my ticket, so the order started when I got there. I’m sitting there for another 15 minutes and look over. There’s my order. Nobody bothered to tell me the order was ready. I was the only one in the restaurant too so it shouldn’t have been hard. Get better employees or train them better. C’mon wingstop, I like your food.

I got 20 wings and was not given any dipping sauce when I asked for ranch. There was only one person that was working and they took awhile to get my food. Food was cold and they didn’t even get the right sauces. Very disappointed about the whole experiences.

I’ve never had any issues with the quality of the food from this location. All of the employees that I’ve talked to are nice as well. It just really sucks that they have NEVER gotten an online pickup order (the only kind of order i make) less than 20 minutes late. Doesn’t matter if it’s 2pm, and there are 5 of them all making wings, or if it’s rush hour with only 2 people doing everything you WILL have to wait forever for your wings if you go to this location.
