I recently ordered food there and had error in the order. Don’t get me wrong, the food was great and delicious as well as the dipping sauce but I noticed there was some errors in the order. I paid and waited for my food. Meanwhile a group of teenagers walk in acting weird. To get we’re asked if the needed help they declined . then the boys of the group went to the restroom. Then the Caucasian boy working in the kitchen joins them in the restroom twice. Then they all came out. The kitchen boys hands them cups then fixes them food and gave it to them.they leave Meanwhile I’m still waiting. So i said I want free food too. The kitchen offered. Fries are burnt and the garlic parm is literally fried wings with Parmesan spaghetti cheese sprinkled over them with absolutely no garlic flavor. The Korean flavored ones taste like honey bbq and what bad about those, they’re old and hard. They’re bad and most definitely won’t be going back ♂️

Wingstop has gotten a whole hell of a lot better since they originally opened. I guess, getting threatened by the health department and firing the original crew made this a place that’s actually enjoyable. The wings are always fresh and hot and have great flavor no matter which seasoning you get. Definitely recommend if you’ve had a bad experience before it’s definitely worth a second try

It’s the only wingstop in my area so of course I have to keep going, but I’m so tired of getting my one and only order wrong. I always ask for Parmesan corn but they give me spicy when I hate spice, and I always ask for all flats even though I get mixed. They pay no attention to even the simplest of orders wether your in shop or order online/delivery. And don’t even think about contacting them about complaints, they either don’t answer or your forever on hold. About to just stop going and give my business to a smaller family owned wing restaurant, unfortunately more expensive. If you order from them, check your bags before you leave the restaurant and keep that damn receipt to show proof!

Online orders are always incorrect. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. The fries are always soggy even if i ask fo more cook time. The wings are good but the customer service is non existent.

Beware do not order delivery. Twice now I received my order incomplete and the store doesn’t pick up the phone either(40+ mins and nobody ever picked up). The driver that deliver the order was hanging out with his crew in the car, it just looked so sketchy. The seal label that is placed on the bag wasn’t even attached properly or was removed leaving the bag completely open (which does not give me peace of mind). After all the fees associated with delivery and given how expensive the food is here, its absolutely NOT WORTH the money. Even some of the items they manage to deliver were soggy and cold. No thanks!
