First of all we never got our food after ordering and waiting over 30 minutes fir wigs to “cook”. Second the had about 10 employees in the kitchen but only two or three were “working”. Third music was so loud we could hardly talk to each other. Then when we started questioning the workers about our food they started to get belligerent and we had to argue with them about getting our money refunded. I do not recommend this place at all and will never darken their business doors again. I will be following up with the company on this review.

I ordered tonight for my girlfriend and I and was accused of theft and lying almost immediately. We received our order from DoorDash at 8:00, called at them 8:03 to report a missing ranch dressing, being shorted on fries and a wing, and her order of wings sauce being mixed with mine. Arriving at 8:09 the manager and fry cooks were not willing to accept responsibility and kept on claiming we had ate the order of fries. Unless we are competitive eaters I don’t understand how we would’ve met that, we don’t live far from the establishment giving us an even better case against their claims. This store needs help because there’s been multiple manager swaps even seeing a manager threatening violence towards customers when they produced a wrong order. The only person we received some sort of respect from was the cashier. Would give 0 stars if I could. The photo shows what perfection is to them and the number count is correct.

While there weren’t a lot of people dining inside they had a lot of mobile orders so my food took a bit of time but it came out fresh and wonderful. They accidently messed up my ordered on the ticket but when I noticed and told them they made my food right.

Not great, not the worst. Ordered two different flavors of bone in wings (10 piece), and Buffalo fries. The wings were a good size but did not have much flavor in the chicken itself. Sauce was okay. The Buffalo fries were good, and may have been great if they were warm. Which brings me to my next issue is that their website for some reason said it would take 25-30 minute, I showed up 20 minutes after placing my order and it was already done. Upon checking it in the car, it seems like it’s been sitting for a little while already.

My boyfriend and I ordered Wingstop from doordash for dinner, Once the order was delivered to us for 8:00, We checked the food and noticed multiple problems. We were missing a ranch, we were very short on fries for it being a Large order of them, and all 20 boneless wings were packed into one box with our 3 different flavors, leaving the sauce from one to cover all of another flavor we had ordered, with being short a wing. When we called at 8:03 were told to bring the order back so we did as told, when we got there as quickly as possible, (Around 8:09 since we live closer) they took the order to the back and we started hearing multiple workers making comments about “They ate those fries” and “I didn’t leave it like that, I know they ate them” and other comments along those lines, basically calling us liars. After they reviewed it they came up and told us that the only thing wrong with the order was the ranch missing and that they think we must’ve eaten the fries since they “didn’t leave them like that.” We eventually got some more fries like an actual Large order of them and our missing ranch. The wings covered in all of the wrong sauce was not fixed and we were still short a wing. I work in retail and i’ve worked in the food industry previously, there is no reason for me to lie and the attitude from these workers is unbelievable. We were completely respectful and came at the situation nicely, not blaming anyone in particular, just letting them know it was wrong. We did not deserve to be treated and accused the way we were tonight. This location has its ups and downs, the managers have been constantly swapped out and i have seen a manager get aggressive with another customer before. The manager currently at this location can not take any responsibility or run her team of workers and teach them responsibility and how to just be kind to others. I would leave 0 stars if possible, but I just wanted this information to be known.

I’m not one to be rude — because I’ve worked in customer service, but last night was ridiculous. We decided to stop in to place an order to go. The person that took our order said it was going to be 30-45 mins. Okay, that’s fine — I totally understand they had a lot of people ordering online & call in. Sitting there waiting, people were coming in — waiting on their orders. I talked to several people that placed their orders online and said that it would be ready in an hour, get there once their hour was up and still waiting 30 mins to get their food. The front two people working were doing “closing” time things like restocking cups behind the counter and organizing receipts instead of waiting on customers walking through the door. The people working the kitchen were moving so slow, when you have so many orders, drop more chicken & keep them going! We placed our order and paid for it at 8:09, we didn’t get our food until after 9:30. I ordered boneless wings, hardly any sauce & no seasoning on the fries.

Waited for order over 40 minutes. I ordered 2 different seasoning for myself and another. Both of our wings were mixed together in the same to go box. I was shorted 3 of 6 wings. Made a complaint but was never contacted to try to right the wrong. Please do not waste your time and money!!!

Like everyone else has said if i could leave 0 star i would. They had only 3 workers, took 30 minutes to get our food which is fine i don’t mind waiting but what i do mind is when we finally got our food. My boyfriend chicken sandwich wasn’t even fully cooked on the inside. The people in there were rude especially the manager because when i tried to talk to her she stayed talking on her Iphone. Also the drink machine only had 4 selections to choose from and the whole restaurant was just disgusting in general felt just sticky and gross everything you touch. We will not be going back what do ever.
