When ordering the person at the counter, she was very informative. She forgot to ask my name and I didn’t know she needed it because I don’t frequent Wingstop. Not knowing my food was complete, I waited extra long before going back to the counter to figure out the mixup. Patrons coming into the establishment were loud and rude. Some mugs were given as they waited for their food, and I ate. The girl did come and apologized for the inconvenience of her mistake, and I found that to be very helpful. I will go back but not to dine in.

Y’all this is what happened to me tonight, May 26, 2022 Thursday. I was craving some wings so I decided to check out Wings Stop. So I Googled locations. One place was in Zachary,, La. Went there because they close at 10:00pm, once inside the lady ask me was I there to pick up or order. I told her order, she says, “Oh I’m sorry madam we are not taking anymore order tonight, now it was only eleven minutes after nine p.m. I didn’t get mad, irate, with her I left. Sat in my car found another location at 9600 Florida Blvd. Went there the young lady was very polite, greeted each customer that came in, asked the same question, got my name, told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes but was ready in 15 minutes. The restaurant was very clean, friendly staff, and they open at 10:30 am and close at 12 midnight. Great well lit location. So, stay away from Zachary location if nine o’clock is close, if y’all can go to the one on 9600 Florida Blvd and the food I got was delicious. I’m for sure going back.

Store opens at 12:00 and you cant get food until 12:30. Managment does not care at all about keeping this location open and it shows. I am leaving my last visit here because I will not be back. Looking forward to it closing down to be replaced by a better managed business.

Trash service ! Was given a 28-33 minute pick time. Received my food an hour later. The kids were dumbfounded. I asked for a refund they told me it would take 5-8 days to get reviewed by the owner . Never again! I’ll starve first.

Very poor customer service, this location is always running out of rolls, brownies, and chicken with over an hour left till closing time. Some of employees seem slow and you have to repeat yourself so they can understand. Tonight was the last time I shall visit this establishment. I drive 20 miles only to wait another 15 minutes to find out that they don’t have all of my order again! So I left and placed my order with the store in Central and they were fast polite and the store itself was much cleaner than the one in Zachary.

Slow, sloth-ish slow! I ordered and paid online and never received the confirmation email. When I went to pick up at the alloted time I was told it would be an extra 10 minutes…that was 20 minutes ago. My total time from ordered to walking out the door was 45 minutes. I guess Thursday nights are horrible for takeout orders.

In the past I’ve had some horrible experiences with WingStop and stopped going. But March 2020 I went back and I’ve been back about 4 times since. They are doing a great job. Food orders are right, fast and taste great. Not to mention the young folks in there are serious about working and getting their money. It’s easy to leave reviews about the bad but I wanted to make sure I left one applauding the change I’ve seen.

Went to try to order food at 8:30pm today, they told me they stop taking order after 8pm. Im confused when their sign states they close at 11pm today! Everytime I’ve tried to order they never take orders. We are in a small town that everything closes before 9pm, then you have a place that is suppose to close later but won’t take orders because they are being LAZY! Unbelievable
