Received the wrong order completely 2/20. Called immediately and was told they would issue a refund in 10 days. Called about 12 business days later because still hadn’t gotten a refund and was ensured I’d get a refund. It’s 3/22 and still no refund and now they won’t answer my calls

You can see the employee here refuses to open the door even though they are not closed. She has it locked, will not answer the phone or serve me. Will be calling corporate on her. She opened the door for someone else to inform them that she closes at 11… we were both very angry as the store is open until 12 o’clock midnight it says it on the door and online

I ordered online. They did not begin to make my order until I got there and this is the second time that this has happened to me at this location within on month! I asked why are they just starting on my order and I was told that there were orders ahead of mine. When I arrived at wing stop all three employees were standing at the front counter talking, not working on any orders! The place only had two other customers. There was no reason I should have had to wait so long! In addition to the long wait and poor customer service, my order was incorrect. I did not return the food just to avoid the horrible customer service and long wait! I will never order from this location again!!!!!!!!

The order took more than double the time the website said to get ready and we came and picked it up ourselves. The workers looked unenthusiastic. Additionally, I got a headache from the restaurant phone ringing multiple times when no one answered it. Very unprofessional to let it ring for minutes on end before answering it. Overall terrible experience.
