Waited 30 min to get my order taken, there was one (1) customer ahead of me. I ordered the hot honey sandwich (seasonal special) and it broke the employee. He took a minute clicking through POS and then went for help. Came back and took the rest of my order, had to stop to ask me what I wanted again like 3 times. I asked for lemonade and it broke him again. He had to get help again. Then I told him the card swipe was asking for a signature (for the last person’s order). He just kept telling me to swipe again until I turned it around and showed him. He had to get the other guy again. Food came pretty fast which was a relief and it was good, but damn ordering was painful. No napkins in lobby.

I haven’t t ordered from here in a few months because EVERY SINGLE TIME they screw up my order. My husband went in because they also NEVER answer the phone. He thought he checked the order good enough but of coarse as soon as we get home he realizes the WHOLE order is wrong! This place is ridiculous and needs new employees and a new manager and is worthless!!!!

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Always waiting it seems like an hour for the food. Not even a lot. 10 boneless wings and some fries. Don’t even get me started on our dashers or people who work for DoorDash or Uber eats. Waiting there for their costumers food for FOREVER for just a 2$ tip! This location really needs to fix this problem. ASAP. Won’t be returning.

Not even the worst wing stop… This is the worst place to eat. Service is the s#$&tiest. Food was okay but I worried about a wing or two… I’ve never been to a wing stop who wasn’t packed, let alone not 1 car… I asked another customer that came to pick up while I was there, why she thought no cars were there… She said it’s the worst service… This place needs a clean sweep and good training.
