Customer service awful. Never greet you, have went in twice instead of a greeting I got an eye roll, fries NEVER fresh. Waited an hour for my food & fries were so cold . Asked for fresh fries & was ignored the first time , had to ask again. Visited location again , fries not fresh again nor was I greeted . This location used to be my favorite but it definitely isn’t anymore.

I oredered my food at 5:30pm to pick up for 7. I arrived for the pick up at 6:55pm. The food wasn’t ready unti 7:35. I wasn’t offered a courtesy drink for waiting or offered an explanation as to why my order was late. While waiting I notice the employess weren’t wearing gloves while preparing customer orders.
