Dined in this evening with friends and family. Our orders were taken quickly, staffing was friendly and seating was available. Inside was very clean and we received our order quicker then expected. Everything was fresh, hot and seasoned to desire. We ordered a 15 piece combo and a 24 piece meal; bone in, lemon pepper, Cajun and La rub. It was a really good experience with no complaints. I was kind of disappointed with this visit. I was not acknowledged when I came in and, once I finally got my order placed, it took about 45 minutes to get it. I ordered the 8 pc wing (4 Hot Lemon & 4 Lemon Garlic) with fries and a drink. The wings did not impress, but the fries were good. The store was clean and it had a very casual atmosphere. This was my first time here, but I doubt I’ll come back.

Everytime I order online. Please tell me why a 16 minute order takes an hour to make? Everytime. It’s like they just feel like making it 16 minutes after I arrive. Be prepared to order and don’t even leave your house until an hour later to pick up 15 pieces of chicken.

Very poor service counter person wasn’t only not helpful but had to wait almost an hour for my food. Spent almost $50 . This was Monday 5/1/2023. They took my order around 5::10 walked out after 6 pm. First time last time. I wasn’t the only one who had to wait an excessive amount of time. People who ordered on line had to wait also. I can find a better place to spend $47 for food. Good luck in the future with that service you’ll need it

I would give Zero stars if I could. I picked up an order for Door dash a few days ago and had to wait an additional 15 mins because the order wasn’t ready. The cooks did not wear gloves when they prepared the food. I gave it a second chance and tried it myself.

This place needs to be shut down. I ordered wings yesterday and all 10 of them were drenched in oil. I poured as much of the oil off as possible but they were still super greasy. They were a clogged artery and heart attack special. The tables and chairs were nasty. The employees unprofessional and unfriendly. It was a waste of $21. I ended up throwing them away. I should get a refund. So disappointed.
