My orders are always right and parm fries are delicious! On my visit, they had an employee walk out during the middle of a rush and when I tell you there was one lady in there single handedly making it happen for everyone, answering calls, cooking and serving with a smile while sweat dripped down her face. Very dissatisfied with my visit to this establishment. Fries were way over seasoned and the wings couldn’t have come from a chicken. More like sparrow size. I have eaten a lot of chicken wings and have never seen any that small. Won’t be wasting my money going back.

I ❤️ this restaurant. I typically order take out and the place is busy always. The employees are effectively communicating with customers and each other while at the same time taking and preparing food orders. Friendly, upbeat atmosphere. I like the food being prepared right there in front of me ( behind the counter of course ) I most recently tried the Cajun corn on the cob. It is really good and the price is great as well.

Horrible customer service over the phone. I wanted to place an order for pick up and was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait, I said “that’s fine” I still wanted to order and got hung up on. Then I called back and the girl who hung up on me answered the phone again, I said “I would like to place an order for pick up” she restated that it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait with an attitude like I was bothering her, I said that’s ok I still want to order. She then asks for me to hold. I just hung up because I don’t got time for rude service, I’m not about to pay for no bad attitude. If you don’t feel like working don’t come to work. Then I go into the store to place an order and the lady says they aren’t taking anymore orders because they’re trying to get caught up…that’s the sad managers fault why only schedule so many people to work on a Friday night?

This has to be by far the worst customer service I’ve ever got at a restaurant the employees were rude I was here to pick up a doordash order and it literally took them 23 minutes after I arrived to get my order then I get it delivered and the customer states that the order wasn’t even cooked right so -5 Stars would not recommend would try the gas station next door first

Wing Stop is great! My only complaint is the wait time! Next time I will try ordering online ahead of time.The food is what you expect at wing stop. They also have one of those drink machines! The dine in area is only about 1/4 open as well, but not a problem.
