My wife and I ordered from here through doordash after a long day and the food took almost 40 minutes just to prepare the order and while our dasher got it to us quickly to it still being hot, the food was wrong. I have sensory issues and can’t each meat if the bone is still in so I specifically ordered the mixed meal for 2 so my wife could have her spicy bone-in chicken and I could have my boneless chicken but mine arrived with the bones. It took a little over an hour for us to get our food and I wasn’t able to eat any of the chicken but my roommate got a free meal, I guess. The fries are good.

So bad in so many ways. No napkins on the table at a wing restaurant? What the what? No ice coming out of the soda machine. A 38 minute wait on 8 wings and fries. Fries were over seasoned and soggy. No celery or carrots. Ordered extra ranch and I was charged for it, but did not receive it. The available tables were sticky and gross. The entire place needs to be cleaned, remodeled, basic condiments/paper towels placed for availability, & employees need to be retrained. The thing that made me so disgusted and I will never return was the long brown hair fried into my wings. Vomit.

You might as well not even look at the operating hours they’re never opened until the closing hour. They usually stop taking orders on the app and over the phone a hour or two before closing so if you want wings you better get em before 9PM. Food is usually good when you can get it without the hassle.

Okay absolutely number one love their freaking service number two I absolutely love how they treat their delivery drivers this place treat you like you’re a human being and not just the number. As delivery drivers we don’t get a lot of time to stop or take get something to drink or whatever. I love the fact that when we go in there and we check in our orders they will offer us a a water or something to drink which highly grateful for by the way absolutely amazing guy. I absolutely love getting orders from Wingstops just because I like going in and seeing the crew they’re always smiling they’re always outgoing is freaking awesome got to check them out

waited in store an hour past online SLA. only got food once we pushed them to serve us what we already paid for. food was cold and missing a side item. we were just happy to gtf out of there. we’ve had poor experiences before, and this one took the cake. don’t recommend if you want to eat within 4 hours of ordering.
