I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and the only issue I’ve ever had in the past was wings that I felt were cooked in old oil. However, I didn’t complain. But THIS takes the cake. These fries are clearly burned and are as hard as a rock. Also, the wings have that old oil smell once again; the kitchen was dirty with food covering the floor; and my bag wasn’t sealed. I will not be back.

My daughter ordered us a nice dinner through door dash with her hard earned money. We have ordered Wing Stop many times and it’s always been really good, not this time. The garlic Parmesan chicken tenders had nothing on them, just plain. The fries were cut as big wedge fries that were not cooked and were hard. I also found a hair on my fries. When I called and spoke with management they said they weren’t responsible for anything door dash is responsible. Door dash didn’t cook our food.

My husband and I ordered wings for take-out and when we got home we bit into raw chicken wings. I drove back to the restaurant to make them aware of the undercooked wings we had received. The manager was brought out to speak to me and offered to cook me a new batch but at that point, I had lost my appetite and requested a refund. I had to leave a review to hold the restaurant accountable for safe food-handling practices and the risks associated with eating undercooked meat.

Slowest and most nonchalant Wing Stop I’ve ever been to in my life. 40 minutes waits for food after ordering are normal. Zero sense of urgency. Wings are great (reason for 2 stars instead of one). Sometimes they dry the corn bites out by cooking or heating too long.

Even being Superbowl Sunday, this wing stop killed it with on time service and hospitality! They were crazy busy but I was able to get my pick up order quickly. The food itself was fantastic! The wings had just the right amount of sauce, not too much but not too little. The fries have an almost sweet taste to them which I wasn’t crazy about but the cheese sauce…out of this world good.

Food is good. The problem we have is even when ordering online with an hour advance, we wait a minimum of 30 minutes for our food to be out to us and it’s only at this location that we ever have this problem. Very frustrating.
