10/10 would recommend not going to this wing stop. Ordered the 20 piece wings. These are the song of wings they gave me. Once I got home (45 minute drive) I called to ask for a refund because wings that tiny aren’t worth the 30 dollars I spent. When calling they gave me the run around for over 5 minutes just to say the manager isn’t there. (Which he was I could hear him in the background talking to the worker and I saw him when I picked up my order) they said he would call me tomorrow. He never called. I called again and they hung up on me. So I called back and they said the manager doesn’t speak any English. (Which is fine since I speak Spanish). Manager refused to do anything about it.

The fries are what make Wingstop worth it but dang the quality has gone downhill lately. Mushy soggy and greasy fries should just be thrown away. Also, it’d be nice to put rub wings on top of sauced wings not the other way around on a to go order. You’d think that would be a standard procedure. Also asked for extra seasoning and there’s barely any on there :/

My son got bbq boneless wings and a bbq chicken sandwich. I got the classic wings with the sauces on the side. The fries were soggy. But everything was delicious. My son loves this place. We will be back soon

They messed up the flavors of my order and burnt the fries to heck. When I asked for a manager one was not on duty. I was told by she doesn’t know when the manager comes in but try back in 24 hrs. She also told me I had to bring the whole order back and not just what was messed up because I could be lying.

The food was great. The music is Hispanic/Spanish entirely and it is SOOO loud. Did not enjoy the visit for the lack of communication available with my family because it was too loud… I’ll order out but I’ll never eat in again.

Workers are nasty and gross. The front girls/cashier girls need to watch it or somebody’s gonna come around and teach them what’s coming to them. When Ive gone to pick up my orders they will pretend to look at tickets then tell me it’s gonna be “just a few minutes”. Half an hour will go by and then they may happen to ask you what your order was, then laugh about the fact it’s been sitting there the whole time and give you a sorry mf sorry. Happened at least 4 times. They’ll really be sorry if they keep it up

Rude customer service from workers and even the managers! At times it’s not even the employees fault; the managers mistreat their hard working employees!! Nothing will beat wingstop when it was in its prime in 2019-20. I’m a young man and no one should be acting the way they do. Show some dignity guys…Sure the food is eh, and but I’ve been to other wingstops around the country and no one is as unprofessional as Fort Smiths WingStop. Very very depressing… shame on the management for not training their employees correctly (know from experience as well) If I could rate negative stars I would. . .

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in and ordered 6 BONELESS wings and proceeded to wait 30 MIN for my 6 BONELESS wings when I went up to the counter and asked for an update they said they couldn’t find my order and then found it and said it would be 5 min so I waited some more. When I finally get my food it wasn’t even the right order and they didn’t even give me my boneless wings. What a waste of time and money never going there again.
