Wow, half the staff is just stoned or lazy in performing their jobs. Customer service is zero and running behind by 20 minutes on my order. A few people before me were in the same situation. The most sense of urgency you see from the staff is their concern over what time they’ll take breaks. For a new location…trash. Expect this place to close up in the near future if it keeps going like this.

We ordered 2 of the 3 piece strips combo and fries were burned. The young lady working the register wiped tables, swept under tables and restocked lids for drinks without washing her hands. Lots of horseplay in kitchen. Talking about how much they make etc.

By far the worst wingstop I’ve ever been to. It’s the closest one to my house so I go here often even though they mess my order up every time. The wings are soggy so I have to ask for them to be extra crispy. Just for them to not listen and they are still soggy. I’m literally driving back up there now to exchange wings that are the wrong flavor I ordered. I held off the longest I could from writing a review because they recently opened this year but it’s getting ridiculous. They need a major change ASAP!

If you are deciding to go here, don’t order it online or just go to another wingstop. I’ll take 50 minutes for your food to be finished when there is only one other person in here. The food is fine but the time it takes isn’t worth. Please don’t go here this place is horrible. They’re chilling in the back having 3 people on a order and the other 7 talking. The five star reviews are either bots or they were only good on the first day.

First time at this location. And we found this in our fries. It’s scrubbing sponge I believed from when they cleaned the fryer. The employees are overwhelmed with orders but this is unacceptable.I did called, however, I was on hold for 10 minutes but no one answer.
