Horrible experience and customer service! Went to pick up the order, came home and noticed a set of 10wings were missing, so drove back up to Wingstop to let them know, the manager, Andre ( who I posted a pic of) started saying he knows for a fact he saw the wings were placed in the bag. And said I would have to bring the bag back up. After bringing him the bag back, he didn’t even care to open it and just started saying I might of just taken the wings out myself. Insinuating that I was there to steal 10 wings , like I didn’t just spend about $80 on my order . He then proceeded to say he’ll make the order but that it would take up to 20 min. During the time I went to go sit down to wait on my missing wings he proceeded to yell that he knows those wings were placed in there and that I took them out, again we are talking about just 10 wings out a $80 order ! Ridiculous! MAKE SURE TO CHECK YALLS ORDER BEFORE LEAVING OR YALL BE ACCUSED OF TAKING OUT THE MISSING FOOD TO GET “FREE FOOD”

Im going to go ahead and give this wingstop 4* they need training here. Where’s the district manager?? Most of the guys in the kitchen didn’t know how to make the food they dropped part of my order on the ground then forgot the ticket. I pointed this out to the dude taking money that it had been 40 minutes and I’d like to go. I’d seen walk-ins filled before my order. My order was ready about 5 min later. They need training desperately here. Communication that my food got dropped on the floor and would be a few more minutes would have gone a long way on my patience meter. But I saw it with my own eyes and they said nothing, I saw the guy go find the poor lost ticket and point to it then glance at me. Still they said nothing. I know restaurants are hard up for labor but the guy reading tickets to customers to confirm their food couldn’t even read the ticket code like bnls wng 20 or med fry. I had to read it for him to make sure it was mine bc he couldn’t begin to say my name. It’s boiler plate restaurant stuff that anyone who works behind in the industry should know

This is a great wingstop… this wingstop is 15 minutes from my house… I have a wingstop closer, but they are dirty and rude!! I travel way over here just to get fresh food and good customer service, plus it’s clean unlike the one on 23rd st and the one on Pennsylvania

Came to this location 30 minutes before close and was told they are only doing pickup orders. Proceeded to try to place an order and was told by the answering service the order could be placed. Y’all should change your hours to closed at 10:30. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t walk into a fast food service place and place a counter order 30 minutes before close.

Placed an online order for tonight 3 hours in advance went in to pick it up An hour and a 1/2 before close door was locked . Knock on the Door a young man ans were they informed me that you did not have my order that they could not prepare it though it was ordered 3 hours In advance. They said they would refund my money and gave me a receipt there was 4 men 1 woman working they were passing around a vape pen smoking behind the counter right in front of me . I waited in the parking lot and several other customers came by and picked up their orders please explain??? Very very poor Establishment….

Went in to pick up a online order. Gave the lady at the front my name she walked back looked came back to the front and said nothing to me . So I sat to wait for my food , that is when a family walked in and took a field trip straight to the back wearing flip flops . After a few minutes of touching everyones order that was being made they walked out and stood by the counter(see picture with the one with her butt on the counter) My order was finally finished and I asked the lady at the counter who the people were and she said they were managment. Maybe someone should tell managment that it is not acceptable for them to bring their family into a food buisness and allow them to eat and touch orders being made . Also unacceptable to have uncovered feet in a kitchen . I told the lady at the front that it was unacceptable and I would be reporting it to higher ups and she told me to leave and never come back. She won’t have to worry I have absolutely no Intentions of returning . You can keep your food that has been fingered by unwashed hands and your feet chicken . I won’t be back. And this wingstop has been the wongstop I have got wings from for over 20 years back when they were down at the other end .
