I started this off with a 1 star while in store. I waited for over an hour and 20 minutes for my food after being told on the app it will be ready in 15 minutes. Also, selling others who ordered after me on the app get their food first because they were complaining. I do have to update though… these are the best wings I could possibly have eaten. 10 times better than BDUBS. Get you’re timing together and this would have been a 5 star easily.

Easily one of the worst run establishments in this area. After ordering a carry-out order, asked the people at the front a couple of times about my order who didn’t seem very interested to help. After over 30 minutes and another carry-out order getting their food within 10 minutes, asked a third time and people at front finally realized it was already completed long ago and put on the online orders shelf. Pretty incompetent workers here, steer clear of this one.

My family placed an online order. When I went to pick up the order I was told it was a complete order. When I got home to feed my family, part of the order was in fact missing, so I had to return to the store. When I arrived, I informed them of the mistake. They questioned me and told me that I was wrong. The “manager” told me that he had personally prepared the order and that he knew for a fact that it was correct. You can imagine the frustration…. They finally decided to correct it, while I waited. Once it was complete, they decided not to inform me that it was ready and it put it on the shelf for about 15 minutes while I sat in their lobby. You would think that with this kind of issue, as the “manager” you would personally come out and apologize and say sorry for making you wait… but I didn’t even get that. There were several younger people working there that were polite and working hard to serve all the customers, but the overall service was incredibly disappointing. I think the person who was the “manager” was rude and is the one that questioned me on whether my order was done correctly or not. Are probably will not be going back to this location.

This is a good choice for a swift dinner option when you just don’t have time to cook…The seasonings on the wings are hit and miss here… Sometimes the flavors are spot on and other times it’s way too much… The customer service can be a bit unprofessional… The chicken is good and the sides are decent… Depending what day it is, it might be worth looking into any specials that might be going on at that time… Good wings at a fair price…

Watch out for the “big” bad “manager” Carlos, as many reviews detail on here he followed suit and was he was so rude and his clothes and hands were disgusting and unsanitary, poor boy definitely has a complex or is just incompetent. My food was extremely over cooked and he tried so hard to be threatening and force me to keep them but I guess his tactics didn’t work so he assured me that I had an issue with him. lol Just drive to the wingstop on 104th and Western, the manager and staff there is amazing.

The staff of all woman was very disorganized. They were giving customers wrong orders. The staff was very unfriendly. This should have been a sign to check my carryout order but I didn’t so that might be my fault since my order was wrong. I’ll never come here again. I will try another location. To bad. Crappiest food ever! Took 35 minutes to get food, cashier had to be told many times to keep the simple order straight, The 3 of us did not like the food, barely touched their fries. The customers all had long waits for both ordering and receiving food.

I ordered 2 combos and waited 45 minutes when my wait time was 16-21 minutes. I waited an extra 25 minutes, and when I asked the person up front she was defensive and rude. It’s terrible customer service to have some wait double their wait time after they paid top price for food and then not offer a resolution nor apology. Very disappointed.

This Wingstop is horrible! The fountain spouts are dirty, there was black flakes in our drinks. The flavor of our wings were incorrect. They gave us overcooked fries, that tasted burnt. The manager said he would make us some new fries, and recooked the SAME EXACT BURNT FRIES!
