Walked in store at 7:30pm on a Monday, even before I entered the store I saw how dirty the door handle was, walked in and saw group of teens sitting on the back at a table, no one at front, one employee sitting on a bucket in the back of kitchen, trash around store, store does not look to have been cleaned in a long time. No customers were in store. I immediately left store. I do not write bad reviews but this was to far from not mentioning, hopefully owner sees this and changes management.

I don’t typically review chain restaurants but this location is going to be the exception. The place is filthy. There is no pride in ownership here. The staff is rude. Upon entering, no “hello, welcome”, not even a smile, and no “thank you” after you have placed your order and paid. While waiting inside for my order, the lunch staff of 3, were talking so loud, that the entire restaurant could hear their conversation, which included a lot of cussing. Very dirty, rude and I will NEVER return. I’ve seen similar posts and clearly whoever manages or owns this location could care less.

The team that worked tonight 3/15 is on point! I have never seen it that busy, and I only come to this location. Whenever customers walked in the store they would immediately direct attention to them. Of course there was a wait because it was so busy, but they were so kind and continued to give customers updates on they’re orders with a smile. I will be reaching out to the corporate office and letting them know because you guys deserve all the kudos! Special shout out to Euro (hopefully I spelled that correctly) and Sam, thank you!

When I walked up to store trash was overflowing in the outside bins on both side of store and then got order and chicken was raw I called em to let them know I been throwing up since I had the chicken from there and I did not eat at all yesterday since I had a doctor make me fast for appointment. Supposedly owner or a real manager will call me back. My advice do not go here I been miserable since I had the chicken.
