This was my third or fourth visit to Wingstop. The previous visits have been good, the boneless wings are each fairly large, the large order of fries is humongous! Until this week… The boneless wings were more like popcorn chicken and the large order of fries was cut in half! I got home and opened the container and wondered where the rest of my food went! I called the store and they gave me some excuse about their latest delivery of chicken was smaller than normal but they didn’t make up for it by giving more pieces!

I went in right before closing so it’s not really to fair to say on the rating on atmosphere, but I forgot to buy a drink with my meal and the sweet girl at the register just gave me a cup and said don’t worry about it … Super sweet. Then had to go back up there to get napkins and my hands were full and the guy in the back that was the cook I assume came and through a handful of napkins in my bag for me while the girl on register was wiping down tables getting ready to close

First of all I tried calling to place an order and let it ring for almost 30 minutes with no answer I assumed they just be really busy. I go tot he store to order and there isn’t a soul in there and 3 workers. The man asked if I had a pick up I said no I need to order he goes ok hold on and proceeds to grab his cell phone where he was watching YouTube on. I asked him if something was wrong with the phone and he just said they were really busy even though there was no one there atttt all but I proceeded to order anyways. I go to get my drinks and there was absolutely no ice at all and the station was nasty thennnnn I get home to eat my food and I had ordered a 10 piece mix and match between garlic parmesan and mild. It was not mixed at all it was just the regular wings and omg I was soooo mad and disappointed with how disgusting they were. The garlic Parmesan was very dry looking and looked as if they only sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on top and called it good. They were soo dry and flavorless it was disgusting and I ended up throwing them away I was mad that I paid quite a bit for some very nasty food now don’t get me wrong the fries were bomb and have a sweet taste to them but the wings were gross and a couple didn’t have any meat on them hardly at all just a bone I was mad. I would of did the survey but I lost my receipt.

I ordered delivery tonight and I was missing a drink, missing dips, and got cold fries. The bag wasn’t even sealed like it normally is. Normally I would let it go, but this is the third time this has happened to me at this specific wingstop. Pretty disappointing. I’ve tried to call the drivers and the restaurant and I can’t get anyone to answer. I just wanted an easy dinner 🙁

The classic lemon pepper wings and Louisiana were incredible! I’m on the keto diet, so wings are one of my only takeout options. I ordered them to go and we’re still hot and crispy by the time I got them at work. They’re running a 16 wing for $18; special online that is WAY better than BWW’s prices. Fantastic place for Stillwater to have. Thanks guys! Definitely my first stop for wings now in Stilly
