Walked in, and the crew was seated in the lobby. No customers, just me. Ordered and waited. People started arriving, and I’m still waiting. After waiting 35 minutes for 8 freaking wings, I was done. Went to ask about the order, and the manager is basically laughing. I’m ending my review here because that’s all you need to know about this restaurant. Never returning. Vist date 8/12/23

The food tasted incredible. Got everything just at ordered. Down side was service was sub par. Waited over 30 mins for food just to find out it had been sitting on the warmer for a while. Would recommend calling ahead or placing Order online. Cajun wings and hot wings had the perfect amount of heat but not overwhelming highly recommended.

I really love Wingstop. It’s my number 1 for wings. Yesterday day was a little different. The cashier stated they ran out of water cups, but we could pay for regular drink cups. We spend 50 bucks on food and really just want to drink water. I get it if someone isn’t buying any food, but that’s a little ridiculous.

Worst experience. The lady taking orders asked if we were there to pick up or order, when we stated order she put her head in her palms and looked annoyed. My boyfriend ordered and she just stared him dead in his eyes, and didn’t start putting his order in or anything. I asked her if she heard him and she said no, so he repeated himself. I was looking at the menu still, because I had never been there and she’s just staring at me. I asked her a question about the wings and she just rolled her eyes at me and told me she’s doesn’t know because she doesn’t like barbecue… So I continued looking at the menu and she was sighing like she had better things to do then her job.

A bunch of kids working with I don’t care attitudes and very poor customer service. Charged twice and when I asked for a refund they said no managers were on duty. I would recommend to always check your order before leaving.

My daughter and I stopped by for a quick bite. We were the only ones in the restaurant. We were greeted and was told “We’ll be right with you.” We waited for about 10 minutes until another person with their little came in before we got any help. Watched the front of house person sit on counter and stare at their phone. Would recommend ordering online for faster lack of service.

Very slow service always but tonight was the worst service ever. We ordered at 9:35 and I asked for our money back at 10:15 when they couldn’t even find our order. Manager was very rude when refunding our money after we waited for 40 minutes for our food. Customer service is lost to this place. I will be contacting corporate. This manager shook her finger in my face and told me I didn’t need to have an attitude. I asked an online/walk-in customer what time she ordered as they handed her HER food. “About 20 minutes ago” was her reply as she looked at her order on her phone. This manager would never work on my crew. Seriously terrible customer service. Lost this customer forever. Not like she cares….which is the very reason she should not be a manager.

I called the Tulsa Hills location, where we placed our order; 10 piece traditional cajun and lemon pepper, 10 piece combo mild and garlic parm with fries and sweet tea, and a 8 piece flavor invasion and lemon pepper, Veggie sticks, and sweet tea. The celery was bitter because it was the inedible portion of the stalk. And I didn’t receive the flavor invasion wings. Instead, I received garlic parm. When I called the location, the young man who answered said he couldn’t hear me. I tried to tell him that I have laryngitis and spelled my name to him, but he put me on hold for 10 mins. I then hung up and tried to call back 113 times! I finally got through and talked to the manager, Ashley, who basically blew my complaint off about her employee. She cut me off when I was telling her what happened. I told her about my order and she became slightly offended and started rushing me off the line. She said she would give me a credit for my meal only, which is fine, but it’s their whole demeanor that threw me off.
