I do NOT understand why they have all these young , unprofessional kids running a family food place. I came with my family to spend quality time together and the service here was terrible I asked for the manager on duty and was told there wasn’t one present only a shift because they “work morning” a there should always be an adult present not a whole bunch of kids doing what they want . This “shift Supervisor “ on duty Leslie was on her phone the whole time eating just not wanting to work . Kids if y’all don’t want to work stay home please !!! Will never be back here again! So uncomfortable almost didn’t even eat my food .

Environment was dirty, almost never restocked. We watched the cook prep orders & he seemed to have picked up a wing from the floor & put it back into the box. Before he started prepping the order, he also picked his nose & didn’t bother to wash his hands. The young tall gentleman cook with the glasses. We were told to wait 10 extra minutes for our order which is fine. However, it was sitting at the counter for about 10 more minutes without having our names called.

Completely out of soda options. My uber driver let me know & I dont like lemonade or the tea brand wingstop offers. Didnt offer to refund the drink part or offer replacement for not having sodas. I orginally wanted sprite, out, coke, out, orange fanta then when they were pouring it it was out. Hopefully this doesnt happen again

Ordered online and it said 15-20 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later and the guy says it will be another 10 minutes (okay fine) 15 minutes later he’s calling out pick up names and mine is called and he gives me my bag that was there when i got there 15 minutes ago… also when i get home obviously the food is cold from it sitting there but they also only gave us 8 of the 10 wing combo we ordered. never again.
