No lie place my order at 7:35p.m time frame was 16-21 minutes and the order did not come out and was handed in my hand till 8:30p.m . Never again will I be returning to this location! There was no ice in the soda machine and saw how people just left without their drinks and left their cups there got home and opened the food the buffalo wings were not even wet they were burly even tossed on sauce and the fries were super dry not good at all. The boneless wings we also got were like Chicken poppers size.

A lot of young people working at this location. Unprofessional mannerisms. We placed a big order and waited over an hour for this food. The wings were raw. Not pink…raw inside. ( I am adding pictures ) They were closed so we had to address this the next day where the manager offered a $30 dollar credit (Half of the order) and we went to pick up the wings but they didn’t come with any ranch. I asked for the ranch that comes with the wings he said, I’m only replacing the wings.”

Flies where everywhere and I’m sure it comes from the door constantly opening and closing but how can you cook and work in a place infested with flies like that! It’s disgusting, but I’m like ok maybe it’s alright since it’s not where we are eating much. Which doesn’t make since because it’s where they are cooking ..what if flies get in the food. It’s a gross thought. Won’t be back and won’t order online. It’s not the wingstop I remember going to every week 2 years ago, way too many employees in that kitchen, chicken/ranch recipes seems to have changed and way to many flies!! Restaurants just aren’t the same after the Pandemic unfortunately.

Had my order delivered (waited 45 minutes to get it). Ordered Extra seasoned and extra well done fries. Did not receive either, instead was given cold soggy fries that were barely cooked. The wings are supposed to be mild sauce, yet all that I received was a container full of grease and bare wings. To top it all off, I didn’t even receive a straw with my delivery. If you’re thinking about ordering from this store, just don’t. You will only be even more disappointed, have wasted your money, and leave with a side of nausea.

I’ll go to the other location thanks.. this location is incredible inconsistent in the quality of their food. I keep going back because of the convenience but I think I’ll pass from here on out… i ordered online since the construction on Irving Boulevard is absolutely horrendous right now and had my boyfriend pick it up on the way from work. We were missing our veggies, his tenders were soaked in Grease at the bottom of the Black Box they give you they didn’t even bother to use a liner to separate the two different flavors so that was an absolute mess and then my flat only 10-piece 5 and 5 combo they were so dry and over cooked my gums were cut twice in the process of eating Just One Wing.. and the corn?shriveled up like it had been Zapped in the microwave too long… oh and zero napkins lol for to go MOBILE order they should provide them inside of the bag ready for customers pick up. Period… but yeah. I’ll be moving on.
