Fast and tasty wings, dine in is apparently closed, only open for takeout and delivery partners. Mango habanero & the hot are the best flavors and non spicy go for the lemon pepper or garlic Parmesan. The fries are to die for. Carrots and celery are available for a substitution.

DO NOT EAT HERE! She gave me the wrong address even though I saw it was different in Google. She argued with me about the address telling me “380 N Custer”. She laughed when I told her she made me use all my lunch looking for the place. AND it gave me good poison! I ate nothing that day but mango habanero wins and Cajun honey with cheese fries and it had me in the emergency room and down for 3 days! What a horrible experience after such rude customer service! This location have messed it up for all the rest with me. I’M DONE WITH WINGSTOP! And the girl there needs to be retrained!!

The wings are basically $1 each and the size of the wings are inconsistent. These are the smallest wings I ever had. The flavors are consistent and the fried corn is tasty. Lemon pepper and original hot is our favorite.

The female staff member on the shift was talking negatively about me while I was in the store, she was making nasty/rude comments about me using the restroom. She was speaking in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand. I speak fluent Spanish.

ive been living in this area for 10 years and they have NEVER had nice workers ! I just called to place a pickup order a second ago and the lady hung up in my face after before even letting me know the total . when i called back , she still was rude to me . the food is OKAY SOMETIMES !! my friend bought food from here a week ago & the fries were literally brownish black as if they hadnt changed there grease all day but still using it . the food was also cold . i will be finalizing this review after i receive the order i just placed . but so far , this wingstop is terrible .

After coming here for a year, I would highly recommend making the drive to the Eldorado location if you could as I will not be coming here out of principal. I’m not sure if it was just the night staff, but after being nickeled and dimed a few times when picking up wings in regards to dips and sauces it has been leaving a very bad impression on me. Alongside this I have also experienced many occasions of them forgetting multiple things when picking up my online orders. The Eldorado location seems to always take care of my friends and I and doesn’t skimp out on pennies worth of dips by only filling the cups half full, even after getting large orders of a given item. This is a small gripe; however after repeated small offenses I cannot recommend this place. Picture attached is a cup of cheese for cheese fries being a little more than a quarter full with a large order of fries meant to serve two.

The customer service is bad and the lady is rude.I ordered wingettes and the young lady in the front acknowledged and took my order however when I checked after receiving the order, it was drumettes(instead of wingettes). I went back to young lady and said I ordered wingettes. She said ok and took the bag back. I waited for 20 mins assuming they are preparing my order. When I checked for order, she said she does not know whether they are cooking or refunded. When I checked with other guy. He said that it was refunded. I told him that I was waiting for 20 mins waiting for food and lady did not inform me that it was refunded.

Ordered large fries to take out. When I got home, I found hairs on the fries. Called the shop neither looking for money back nor exchange but to report the incident and suggest them to be careful handling the food I spoke with Connor. His answer was that they were too busy for that then hang up the call. Extremely rude and zero customer service skills. Is that the norm in Wingstop?
