I went to this location Saturday night 9/2/2023, and my order consisted of 40 wings, 2 large fries, and corn. My total came out to be $65. However, my entire family was VIOLENTLY ILL this morning and all afternoon because of said wings. And when I called to complain, I was told that there was nothing that they could do. Solely because I was the only one to say that the food got everyone in my house ill. I’m not here to ruin anyone’s business, BUT ACCOUNTABILITY IS KEY. And there was no accountability in this matter. So. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION. That’s if you don’t want your entire family VIOLENTLY ILL THE FOLLOWING DAY. And the Shift manager, or lack there of, was more concerned with the fact of me being angered by my entire family being FOOD POISONED, to the point that she took what I was saying personal. And was very UNPROFESSIONAL. SO PLEASE FOR GOD SAKES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I have been to this locations many times, at one point would go every Friday for dinner. However I recently order food to be delivered and my food was delivered to the wrong location. I spoke with both Wingstop and Doordash and both parties assured me I was going to be given a refund this was on 5/10. Here it is 5/19 and I still have no refund. I call and get told I will get a call back it would be looked into and called cooperate spoke with supervisor Ben and got the same message would get a call back from this location. They would always state they could not give me an ETA on the call just keep getting promised a call and not hearing back from them. Today I went into their location, the manager there was nothing but respectful and did her best to assist me understanding why I’m upset. I showed pictures of my door and the picture the driver uploaded and expressed how I don’t understand why I’m not getting an answer. When I called cooperate they informed a refund was never started. Here I’m now being told today they have to contact door dash bc they can’t refund me until they get their money back from door dash per the owner?? What kind of sense does this make? I’m out of money bc your not taking responsibility for the delivery company you use? When this originally happened door dash and Wingstop both assured me I would be refunded. & now I’m finding out that until I started calling yesterday no one was even looking into my refund or had even started it. This has really been a upsetting experience, I LOVE Wingstop. However, this owner does not care about her customers. She only cares about making sure, she does not miss out on money. I was promised a call back by store manager in the morning. I will update this review.

I asked for all flats, made it home & it was mixed. She repeated the order back to me as if it was typed in. Idk if she just didn’t enter it or the cook just didn’t prepare it based on my request. (Somebody needs to proofread the Google review profile for this Wingstop & make corrections. The wing flavors are not even listed so that I can select what my recommendations are for the location.)

I got the thigh bites with fries, the thigh bites were tiny and void of thigh meat. I counted 35 small pieces of fried breading, only 6-7 had a small piece of thigh meat. The fries were greasy and salty. This was one of the worst meals I have had all year.
