I read the reviews & was skeptical. Everything in my order was correct. But when I got there the was nothing there but kids working. There was 3 ladies upfront. One was counting change, one was just standing there & another one pretended fup be working as soon as she saw me walk up. I stood there a few minutes before anybody acknowledged me. So the reviews were right about the service. I got home & my wings were HOT, but my fries were COLD!!! This was the 1st time that my fries weren’t in a closed container. I’ll give them another try, but I’ll check EVERYTHING before I leave.

By far the worst experience that I have ever had at a wingstop! Placed an order at 7:00 PM and was supposed to be ready at 8:15. Arrived at 8:15 and they told me 20 more minutes. At 9:00 I’m still waiting and they can no longer find my order. Had to ask the manager on duty to turn off the inappropriate music the staff was playing in the food prep area. There appeared to be no manager or leadership in the restaurant. It will be a long time before I will patronize this location again. At the very least they could have offered a drink while I waited. I understand the challenges with the service industry but this level of service is not sustainable for a business.

Wanted to give this location more credit because the person who helped me was kind, he’s the reason for the extra star. Called my order in at 3:15pm on a Saturday, food was ready when I came in, all seemed okay. Then I went to go get my drink and saw yellowy-green buildup on the ice dispenser. Got my drink without ice, but it didn’t taste right, I think the machine needs to be cleaned. The floor has food and sticky spots everywhere, so it grabs your shoes as you walk. The wings were hot, fresh and tasty but the fries were only lukewarm and soggy. I ended up throwing away the fries and drink, and I’ll probably check out other locations first in the future!

I ordered online at 12:10 noon and the confirmation email said pick it up at 12:29. I get there at 12:29 to an empty restaurant, no food cooking at all in the kitchen, and 4 employees just standing there playing around. I tell them I’m picking up my order so I see the guy in the kitchen pull out a bag of frozen chicken strips and JUST THEN starts cooking my order. The place was really dirty too. The counters were sticky like they haven’t been cleaned in days, and I know from the picture below all of those cup rings aren’t from just 1 lunch of an empty restaurant that’s been open for an hour or so. Also see below for pics of the times on my email confirmation and the time on my receipt showing when I came in to pay. I had to wait 10 more minutes for my order.

We ordered for takeout tonight 08/10 at around 5:40pm. Our food was ready on time and was super easy to pick up. The wings (we got both the traditional and boneless) were shockingly delicious. Definitely the best chicken I have had in this area. Shout out to whoever was the cook tonight, we will definitely be back.

I ordered 9:01 pm it says in 16-21 min it will be ready so I gave it 30 min I HAD to do a online order because I called 20 times and no answer and hour later 10:10 it’s still not done. This picture sure doesn’t look busy. Allll on there phone this really unprofessional and expect the customer not to have an attitude really !?
