OMG I I could rate a negative I would. The WORST Wingstop! I remember service USE to be great, wait times were 55+ min. Now it’s down to 20 min but service is a joke. I called today because we had two missing sandwiches, this was Sunday 8/27 @7pm, the girl on the phone didn’t want to say her name and when she did she mumbled it off. They said the Manager Cesar would be in tomorrow 8/28. The last time we will order from this place. Not worth the hassle. It’s a shame. I mean is it that employees hate working there, they don’t get paid enough, there’s no training? What is it?? How can you continue to operate and be okay with the ratings! How come corporate hasn’t gone to inspect this pace, practices and how do they continue to ignore a problem.

We ordered some garlic parmigiana tenders and they gave us the saddest excuse of tenders that look more look like nuggest. How is this supposed to feed someone when they are as small as they are. We payed for the tenders not what every these sad looking nuggest are.

There’s a reason this location only has a 2.8 rating. Take heed and go somewhere else. I placed an online order for a 6 wing combo. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:44. I get there at 6:42…and wait. The young lady attempting to run the register asked for my name and what not… wait wait and more wait. At 7:20 they still hadn’t produced my order! I asked for a refund and the manager rudely looked it up and said it’s done and walked off. If you can’t handle a ton of orders BIG OR SMALL THEN FIGURE OUT A BETTER SYSTEM!! No apology from the manager or anything just went back to packing the big orders that came in. It’s always something with this location. I’ll be trying corporate tomorrow.

BUSY BUSY PLACE. PICKED UP MY PAID ORDERS AND STILL HAD TO BE IN A QUITE LONG LINE. THEY HARDLY CAN KEEP UP WITH ONLINE ORDERS/PICK UP. A LOT OF CUSTOMERS WHO PICKED UP THEIR ORDERS WERE MISSING PART OF ORDERS INCLUDING ME. FOOD WAS DELISH THOUGH… NEED TO BE MORE ORGANIZED.

Terrible service, go to Rockwall instead. You maybe reading reviews and think “it can’t be that bad” oh no my friend IT IS THAT BAD! Got there and they didn’t have my order, I had to show them on my phone I had placed and paid for my order. They tried to give me a small ranch even though I paid for large and I added a picture of my “large fries”…seriously $4.something for that…I asked the lady if those were the large I pointed out the basket had barely had any fries (you can tell In The picture it’s not even 1/2 full and I love wingstop fries I buy them all the time, sometimes I just buy fries so I know what I’m supposed to get) she just said “sorry”….I don’t want you to be sorry I want you to fix the problem….no wonder they have 1 star on maps.

The food was horrible. I will take some responsibility for part of it – they do ask if you want less seasonings…but never having eaten there before I said just normal. The salt was horrible. I like alot of salt but I could not eat it. The corn and the fries are way overly salted and cakes in a seasoning that is just way to much. The soda fountain is not balanced between flavoring and carbonation. Total waste of money.

Let me start off by saying if you’re ordering online, it will say your order will be ready in 15 minutes, but if it’s a high traffic time, you will be waiting a lot longer. They can’t control the wait times or shut off online ordering at store level, or so I was told. The staff is trying, but they are understaffed for the amount of orders during peak times. The food is usually ok, the fries aren’t hot enough, but the wings have always been pretty decent, in my opinion.

Online says it’s open but I drive all the way up here for some sign that says “watch this space” when online says THEIR OPEN CONFIRMED 6 DAYS AGO. waste of time. I’ve literally never left a review for anywhere and this is just beyond me. Such a tech savvy world but no one knows how to update anyone about nothing.
