I placed a order online. I waited an hour on my couch so I could see the delivery person. Then I received a text message that my order was delivered. No one ever came so I called the store. My resolution was to receive a refund, remake the order to be delivered or I could pick it up. I selected to receive the refund since i paid extra for delivery, fees and tips but I had to pay for my order again and wait. I would recommend when you order from this location to pick up your food yourself. Not only can people get your order but they can steal it and get away with it. I am very unsatisfied. I feel I should have been compensated. I even gave a tip when placing my order. Instead I was told that if I received my order for free it would not help Wingstop. How about making sure the customer is satisfied guess that does not exist anymore.

Everything we order from them thur door dash the order is completely wrong . And other times iam charge twice smh this location is trash and when contacting the store they click on u and tell us that we need to call Doordash and return the food to them . Do not order here even Doordarshan ask for pictures of the wrong order ND wingstop still won’t fix .

My son loves wings his favorite flavor is original hot on bone in and mango habanero for boneless we buy here every week, I just wish the fries were better , we always get soggy dark under cooked fries and half of the basket is full of small pieces of potato peels, I know they can do better!!
