I JUST picked up an order and didn’t check the bag knowing they never mess up my order. But this one time that I come home I’m missing some items and I’m very upset. I live about 25 minutes from the location, we were very hungry and only ate HALF the order we had placed. I called to see if I can get a refund and they asked me to bring back the order for them to verify that I am indeed missing items from the order. It’s very frustrating considering I live half an hour away from the location and didn’t get to get a refund. Be better and accommodating customers and fixing the mistakes!!!

Wings to go is the only way I eat at Wingstop anymore. The personal interactions with staff are less and less friendly. This place used to be a fun relaxed area to hangout and eat a bunch of wings. Now its a depressing shell of what it was. Just get the wings and go. If the food sits on the counter too long it will start to taste like sadness.

Where do I begin. First off they need more help at the front counter. When I arrived there were two empty registers and one person working the counter, with a line out the door. The girl at the counter was super rude. No greeting and she got an attitude when I asked for my drink cups that she forgot to give me. Next, this location is always nasty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. The soda fountain was disgusting, it probably hasn’t been cleaned in 6 months. Another guest said it looked like his teenagers dirty bathroom, it was that dirty. 50% of the time they get your order wrong. If you are lucky enough to get the correct order it’s still a gamble. It’s normally over cooked and under seasoned. I’m considering calling the health department and then the franchise owner to let them know just how bad it is. I’d rather drive to McKinney than eat at this location. Stay away!

I went to Wingstop there was one person before me I know they were short-handed but I’m a doordasher I asked for my order 20 minutes into it after they’ve given everybody else their orders after me who came in and ordered in the building they asked about mine and here is why because I asked him to make the drinks. Last week I had to called or dash to let them know that this place thinks that all doordashers are Uber eats people should make the drinks meaning that aren’t hands that are not clean that are not washed should make the drinks for the clients buying the food from doordash. So I let them know I was not going to do it the girl behind the counter was so sweet she was very polite and I did like her. But I do feel that they purposely did this because I refuse to go against door – policy and make the doordash order of drinks putting bacteria and dirt and contaminating my clients drinks with whatever is on my hands. So just now that if it takes you a very long time to get your order at Wingstop it’s probably retaliation from doordashers like me who makes them do it the right way. Again I do not blame the front desk girl I think she was super polite and very respectful. However I think the back half of the store purposely retaliated against me.

This is the worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. There’s only a bunch of kids working with nasty attitudes, nobody wears gloves. A lot of cussing and playing around behind the counter. My food tasted terrible and my fries were cold. I will never visit this wing stop again. Customer service was trash .

Went to pick up wings last night. App said 30 minutes wait time. Well I got there 35 minutes past waiting time. They said we have to wait another 20 minutes!! What the heck! Will never return to this slow poke place ever again. I deserve to be refunded for this horrible slow service.
