The manager at this facility denied me entrance to the restaurant because my service dog did not have any indicators that he was a service dog. I have his vest in the car but, this is not a requirement of service animals and due to this and his continuous denial of my entry I had to call the police so that he may be informed about the actual laws regarding service animals.

They were very busy. Lots of people complaining. I was nervous because I had a large order, and noticed a line of people with complaints about their order. I knew they were short handed, but the staff that showed was doing their best. So I waited about 15 mins for my online order, not bad. Garlic parm wings weren’t great, the 3 other flavors we ordered were good.

Ordered from from the wrong Wingstop, which is my fault. Their phone was not working so I had to drive all the way across town and personally cancel my order with them. The waitress said that it will be 3 to 5 business days before I got my refund but it has been a whole 14 days and I have not still receive my refund. And their phone is still not working.
