Complete idiots working at this particular wingstop. And I really mean freaking stupid. Ask for pickles and get no pickles. Ask for no pickles and your sandwich is stuffed with them. They’re awful and it requires you to place the order in store and watch how stupid they are. Never encountered this type of incompetence at any other wingstop besides the one in lindale. Their manager must have been dropped on their a few times as an infant. Last time I’ll order with those incompetent idiots.

Prices are never consistent. I have gotten the same thing for several years and every time the price is different. When I stopped in to pick up my order, I said thank you and the girl behind the counter never responded, in fact she was rude. I always order plain wings with one ranch and I got charge for the ranch. When I questioned her about it, she was very rude again. I will not be back.

I usually eat at BWW so I was unfamiliar with the sauces. The friendly girl at the counter got a couple for me to try before we made our order. She was very patient with us. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the traditional Louisiana rub wings; they were very crispy and tasty. I was also surprised that a side of ranch was $1 each, wow. The tables were clean and there is even a wash sink outside the restrooms for you to wash your hands without going to the bathroom; great idea. There are TV’s around so you can watch the game. It took a little longer than expected to get our wings, about 20 min.(Please give me a thumbs up if you found this review helpful.)

Gave it 4 because they got my order wrong, only on 1 flavor though. When I arrived they were bagging my food up but that wasn’t the issue. When I got home our food wasn’t hot. All in all the food was good therefore I’d recommend eating here just make sure if you order to go check your bag before you leave. We’ll be eating here again. Thank you all for your service.

Wingstop is my absolute favorite place when it comes to wings and fries. However today I got really disappointed in it. I got sick so my husband, knowing that I really like food from the wings stop, placed a to go order and 5 minutes after picking it up he was back home. I opened the bag hoping to start out with my favorite seasoned fries but found out that they were cold and soft. Clearly they’ve been sitting there for at least few hours. Had to throw them away as they tasted absolutely horrible. I do not recommend this place for the to go orders.

The staff at the front counter were horrible. The girls had bad attitudes and clearly did not want to be there. The soda machine wasn’t working properly and when I told staff they did nothing. I won’t be coming back here again.
