Customer service was great especially considering the conditions they have to work in. There’s no ice for drinks..so let’s serve the spiciest wings you can get but nothing to help cool your mouth. I’m pretty sure the A/C just doesn’t work, so hot wings with a hot body and no ice. The girls bathroom was out of service so we were down to just then men’s. No biggie, a bathroom is a bathroom still an inconvenience when you have to change a baby and there’s not changing table available. Did I mention the wings had feathers?! Much different from the wings too back home. I have never had a problem with feathers in my wings until now. The owners need to step it up!

We have never gotten food from here. We went once. We stood at the counter for almost half an hour trying to get someone’s attention so we could order. Finally get someone to come help us only to find out that not one single person working spoke English or understood it. We couldn’t order, so we left. It was BIZARRE!!! We assumed whoever was supposed to be taking the orders stepped out for some reason, but if that was the case, they were gone a very long time. Called in to talk to someone about it, and the owner said he didn’t know what happened and apologized. Then he said he was sending us a gift card to make up for it and encourage us to give them another chance. He never sent it. We never went back.

The place was and friendly the food was not over cook, this time. Cause the times before it seems if the wings were over cook and I didn’t enjoy it. But the wife wanted wings and I tried it again. I am so sick of how downhill this place has gone , didn’t have ice in the machine last time I went came back today and the whole soda machine is just broken drinks are flat and tasteless and no ice ,” I paid for an upgraded drink size “ was not told about the situation, this means they have been stealing peoples money for two months now , the bone in wings tasted funky and spent over 20 dollars for just trash , highly disappointed and after three times going there and being disappointed I will not be returning !

Ate with my wife after an appointment. Good wings and buffalo and ranch loaded fries. The chicken was better than my more recent trips elsewhere. Solid meat with very tiny amounts of gristle.
