Service was good, however, I thought the wings could bmuse a little more color. They were pale color. The fries had so much salt we could hardly eat them, we had to clean them. They need to go easy on the salt. Other than that, the staff was friendly and polite.

I arrived when they were winding down for a middle of the week night. They were still technically open for another 45 minutes but it was already dead. All four employees were on their phones. I asked them if they could get the drinks for my food delivery customer as we are contractually obligated not to prepare any food and they refused stating they didn’t care if the order would be canceled and cost their location food costs as well as disappointing their paying customer. To make matters worse, this was the second employee that gleefully told me their general manager told them not to fill the drinks, which they’re contractually obligated to do with all major food delivery service providers. These providers will not put up with losing money for much longer and just cancel them. Can’t come soon enough. Not holding my breath that their attitude will change when they claim this is being coached from the top down.

The sign says “sauced, tossed, and cooked to order”, But the product appears to be a chicken nugget with sauce ladled over it. Not complaining, just wasn’t what I expected. Several wings were not sauced, but the extra sauce in the bottom allowed for dipping. The front area was fairly clean and staff was polite. The Diet Coke syrup was a little on the light side, but other than that it was a decent experience. The new hot honey flavor is worth a try.

Best French fries if you like seasoned fries. I ordered several dozen wings and family fries on the app for pick up and still had to wait 10 minutes but the fries were worth the wait. Not a huge sitting area for dine in but it was clean and cozy.

We don’t get Wingstop often but when we do we have to go to Crowley or Cleburne so it was nice to have one opened up closer to us. The food taste and quality was on par with what we have gotten at other locations. Our issue was with the service, I guess. Not sure what it would fall under. We ordered a family bundle with an extra order of large cheese fries to feed 5 people. The bundle came with a large order of fries as well.

Great phone etiquette when calling in the order. Very friendly and helpful when asking questions. I arrived exactly when they said the order would be ready and it was. Everything was correct and all the dipping sauces were in the bag. The cashier greeted me and was polite. 5 stars for sure.

My chicken was fine but these are hands down the worst fries I’ve ever gotten from wing stop! I look forward to their fries and these were way under cooked and totally soggy. I guess I will have to keep going to the wing stop in Crowley instead of the Burleson one which is closer to my house. I also asked for Cajun seasoning and didn’t get that either. Wing stop fries are awesome and this soggy under cooked mess was a total let down! 2 stars is me being generous!

So good! When we saw the sign saying coming soon, we got so excited. Today we tried them and we’re not disappointed! The chicken was so incredibly good and the fries as well! The only “complaint” we had was that the sodas came in bottles. Which we weren’t really wanting. But the food was fantastic! Definitely will be back!
