This place is always a mess so I stopped coming here. But being pregnant with cravings I decided to take a chance. I ordered delivery today and the order was wrong. I ordered the boneless lemon pepper(dry rub) and got some sauce flavour that is absolutely horrible instead of the dry rub, this happens every time I ordered here. The large seasoned fries were more like an extra small portion that was cold and unseasoned. Still a disappointment.

I received nasty cold chicken and cold fries and hardly any sauce. I called and talked to the manager and there is nothing he can do. So I said you can serve gross food and I cant even get a replacement. He refused. I would never go back here. The owner/manager is good for nothing.

The GM was very very rude and very very disrespectful to me and my family and I don’t appreciate it . She was acting like a child and her name is Pam. From wingstop at Cleburne texas , she was yelling at us, getting in our faces and be completely out of control and that is not professional behavior and everyone is the restaurant heard the disrespectful things too! I went for lunch to get a few wings to tide me over till dinner. They fried some tender and juicy wings cooked to order. The people that were attending to my order were dynamite. Kind, attentive, professional. I wish I knew their names so I could give them their props. One was a petite Caucasian lady and the other gentleman was tall and possibly biracial but they were on point. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I’ll be back.

We walk in, one girl is sitting at the register on a chair. No obvious reason why. Another girl in the kitchen is wear a red texas tank top, yoga pants, and sandals, ARM PIT HAIR FLASHIN (gag) The woman who ordered before us just got her food after we all sat around 20 minutes in their EMPTY dining room. Employees are standing around chatting… One of the booths in the dining room looks like one of the employees lives there. Just a terrible experience. Also had a roach crawl up on the table last time we were here.
