Ordered a 30 piece family pack. Wings were cooked to a crisp and dried out. They forgot a second large fry that we paid for, and the large fry we did get consisted of half fries and legit cut off tips of French fries. The fries were also way over done. One of our dips also came almost empty. A total waste of $55.

Sad to see that even though the owners built a much nicer restaurant it’s still ran terribly! The store was filthy, the staff was playing around, and the wings were okay. A huge concern was that the ice maker on the machine was not operating and the associate said, “it doesn’t work well and we don’t want to give you one from the back because it’s dirty water”. The soda machine was so dirty that the water switch sticks due to syrup buildup on it.

Probably one of the worst Wingstop locations I have been too!! Called to order over the phone they cashier took about 10 minutes to answer phone. Wings were horrible. Ordered a 8 piece combo with boneless wings and bone in. The boneless bbq were cold and the bone in wings were supposed to be garlic parmesan. The bone wings were literally just chicken wings with no seasoning what’s so over. Called and asked to speak to a manager the report that the food was thrown the together. The person that answered the phone said she was a shift lead. She was extremely RUDE. She told me I needed to bring the food back to the restaurant for a refund or bring the food back and they’ll make another one. I asked for a store credit because it is an inconvenience to have to drive back to their location. She said no we can’t give a store credit because you’re just trying to get more food, if you want more food you’ll have to pay for another order. Asked for her name and she said a very rudely tone “I DON’T HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT”. My receipt has two names Desiree or Lindsay so it’s clearly one of these two associates. I’ve never dealt with a restaurant whose customer service is so bad. Wingstop normally carries themselves better than this.They were even unorganized in the store my spouse informed me they told him they didn’t have enough change in the register for the amount he paid. Absolutely ridiculous!

Purchased 40 pieces of boneless wings, etc. They were cold, hardly had any sauce, and not appetizing. Fries were not cooked right, cold and drenched in cooking oil which made them soggy. Really disappointed because we came here prior and everything we ordered was great tasting! Hot and fresh! It appears that they either hired new people with little to no worth ethic, they are not being properly trained right or they just don’t care about their job responsibilities. Which explains the negative feedback. It’s sad that many people want a job but don’t want to work. Seeing this more and more in every work place. 🙁

Wings are yet again super dry. This is supposed to be lemon pepper! Wings are over cooked and crispy as hell! My fries were cold even when I had to wait on my food and I order with extra seasoning and I have no seasoning on my fries. I’ll just have to drive a little further cus this location is Horrible!!

The new chicken sandwiches are awesome!!!! I had the cajun and it was better than the wings without a doubt. Cooked to perfection, nice and crispy, and a good amount of sauce. I had it with pickles and it was ok. Will probably order without next time though. The sandwich was 10 out 10. Front counter girl was very friendly and the kitchen staff was really quick. The kitchen definitely worked their magic with these sandwiches. Can’t wait to go back so I can try one in every flavor. They’re SO good.

I’ve order several times from here and i ask that my wings be saucy or to get extra sauce on the side. But no, always dry. Especially the boneless. Food is always hot and fresh when i get it, but a little more sauce wouldn’t hurt anyone.
