Every time we come here, the food is perfect. The manager with the braids, (ANTHONY!!) HES THE BEST!! has run a consistently excellent restaurant. We usually call in food to go, and these guys ALWAYS get it right! Complicated orders, extra sauces, and perfectly cooked chicken. Love it when he’s working. Thank you! I’ve visited this location several times now. Truthfully it’s hit or miss. I’ve had visits where the service is great, the food is hot, it comes out on time, and the order is correct. Then I’ve had others where you barely get spoken to, the food takes forever, and the order is wrong. There’s always new faces when I visit here so I understand the challenges. I’m not giving up on this place hoping they can get some consistency.

This location gives Wingstop a horrible reputation if you’ve never had Wingstop at its best. This is the closest location to home so when we are craving wings it’s convenient. I came early one time for my order and sat in front of the counter as I waited. I witnessed. Unbeknownst to me at the moment, the manager sweep the food prep counter with a broom. He then continued to bag food afterwards without washing his hands. Even his associates pointed out to him that I witnessed his actions. As he tried to hand me the food, I asked him if what I saw was accurate, to which he admitted. I said that I wanted a refund as I was not going to be eating the food. He was angered and stormed off while saying I’d get an email within a few days. I stated he had no idea the name on the order, how I paid, and that I needed a receipt to ensure the refund will issued. Devan was his name, I believe. I have not been to that location since.

Decided to come here for dinner after a 12 hour shift at work. I waited 40+ minutes for a to go order of 6 wings and fries. People who came in after me to dine in got their food before me. Pretty sure they forgot my order or never put it in at all. They seem to have quite a few people working but they are all huddled up in the kitchen talking and on their phones. They clearly don’t have any management in the building or care that customers have to wait an ABSURD amount of time for their food.

Food here is always on point. However, their customer service could use a little refreshing. They arent rude at all, staff is just mainly younger and seems to get distracted by their phones a little too much and don’t have a sense of urgency for helping as soon as you walk through the door. Still a great place to visit!

Im a bit confused. I tried ordering some hot wings. Was unavailable on the app and doordash. I called the store and asked if the medium and hot flavors are available. They in fact are, but for some reason you cannot order them either as wings or in general. I asked if it is only available for in person orders….. no response. Maybe I missed the memo or something, but why would you, a place that sells chicken wings, not sell the basic/generic/core flavors such as mild, medium, or hot?

Not cheap wings, but ok to try. The staff was sweet and helpful – 1st time ordering at WingStop. I had a combo of 10 wings, french fries, a sauce, and a drink. The wings were well coated in sauce, the french fries are super hot, and the Ranch sauce very tasty. Sweet tea is super sweet, not used to that, so I had to dilute it with a sugarless one. Overall, great experience.
