I am completely appalled by what’s going on in this store. I can’t believe this is the same store that was down the street. I’ve been sitting here for at least 15 minutes. The chicken in these friers have been cooked and sitting there for much longer than my 15 minutes I’ve been watching. This is absolutely disgusting! I’m watching what looks to me like pre friend chicken that’s been sitting in the baskets for over 15 minutes until they need to make an order. They drop the 15 plus minute old basket down for 30 seconds to make them chicken seem hot then toss and serve it. Let’s not talked about the fires that also have been sitting there for the same period of time that also get dropped for 30 seconds to give the sense of fresh cooked. The sad part is the manger is right there in the mix of all of it. No one has gloves on rubbing their faces blowing their noses then serving the food. I truly hope someone can come in and shut this store down before a lot of people get very sick! @healthinspector @wingstopcorporate

Was hoping for a fresher taste now that they’ve moved. Still tears up your stomach because they fry in old oil. Kids at the register are rude. I spent 10 min holding a 15 pound baby (in her carseat)- standing in the pickup/online ordering area and they continued to ignore me and serve the other people who ALSO had a pickup order who arrived there after I did. Won’t be going back…and I’ve old been once.

Customer service was shockingly bad. While waiting for our food we watched the employees in the back horse-playing and no one was working, even though there were multiple people waiting. We waited about ten minutes for our food pick up, just for them to realize the food was already done and in a bag sitting to the side, now ten minutes colder than it needed to be, because they were too busy playing around to pay attention to their job. We started to check our order before we left and noticed they didn’t give us the right ranch we ordered. Instead of fixing it the girl argued with me why it was good enough. At that point I just took the order and left. When we got home we realized they left out about $10 worth of food we had paid for. We called and after waiting on hold just to get hung up on twice in a row, we finally got someone to answer the phone and say hello. We asked to speak to the manager and told him about the missing food. He took down our order number then immediately hung up on us. We got no refund or coupon for the food we paid for but didn’t get. So they basically stole $10 from us. That was the first time we went here since moving to area, we will NEVER return. If I was with Wingstop Corporate I would quickly do a review and overhaul at this location, you can only drive away so many customers with bad service before your business fails

I’ve had more than my share of disappointing visits to Wingstop locations, HOWEVER this visit today was absolutely AMAZING!!! From the service provided by Creedence and Ebony to the food that looked like it came from a commercial ( sorry didn’t get cooks name ) We will not be going to any other location again! Food was perfectly cooked and seasoned like we asked and fries were so crunchy! Which let’s be honest we have never not had soggy Wingstop fries! We went around 2pm on a Tues and took perfect amount of time. We certainly will not jinx it and will be making sure we visit again when they have that great staff working. We would have posted pics but there was no slowing us down once we saw it. Wish we could rate higher!

Placed order at 8:56 for it to be ready in 58-63 minutes. Went in at 10:03 to pick up my order. All the employees were acting lost like they didn’t know what an order was and had to search for my order in the system. Had to wait and extra 10 minutes for them to prepare my order. Got home in 5 minutes only to realize my sandwich was missing from the order. Called the store and the girl that answered the phone signed high and absent minded. Told her what was missing from my order. She talked with the manager on duty, Christopher, who then told her to tell me to bag up my order and bring it back in. When I arrived back at the store with my order and asked for a refund because I didn’t want kids with attitude remaking my order, Christopher wrote my name down and said his boss would do my refund tomorrow. I asked for the store owner’s name so that I could call and stop by tomorrow and get an actual print out of my refund receipt. He told me the store doesn’t print out refund receipts but he could hand write me one. UNACCEPTABLE & I will be reaching out to corporate and I want my money back!

I was told 45 mins for my order at 5:19pm by Taylor. It is now over an hour & I just keep being told it’s being made. I am highly disappointed, considering it is our 1st time to order here & it was not busy when I ordered!! Multiple people ordered, came & went. The last time I asked, I was told another 3 to 4 mins. Have no idea what in the world had happened but…. Not sure we’ll be back again! Took 1 & 1/2 hrs for them to hand me my order!!!

The food is generally pretty good. Wings are always hot, fresh, and well seasoned. The fries on the other hand could use some work. They are are usually over cooked and crunchy small fries or undercooked flimsy fries. The wait could be a bit better as well. Regardless of what time you order the wait is always 45 minutes to an hour. The customer service could use some work as well. The kids are always playing in the back while customers are in the front just waiting
