I am not impressed. Used to love it. Not anymore. The bathroom was dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor. When they brought my wings they were sitting in way to much sauce. They come in a paper bowl and the tray was wet. Dripping wet. They did not even dry it. If you know anything about handling dishes the final stage of sanitation is to dry the dishes. I don’t think I will be back.

this is my second time going there and i think it’s crazy how giggly them people in the kitchen be. first time going there, food was good and all, but my second time? worst experience i’ve ever had at wingstop. there were hella people upset about their orders and i’m pretty sure it made them even more mad hearing the people cooking their food laughing for no reason. if ur backed up the way y’all are what’s so funny…? just get ur job done. it said my food would be done in like 15 minutes and by the time i got there the cashier said it would be about 12 minutes. whenever i got my food, my fries were cold and whenever i looked down in my bag, ranch was spilled everywhere like they just threw it in my bag with no care. whole place and employees are just flat out disrespectful.

I went to this Wingstop for my first time with a couple friends two nights ago. I like Wingstop and I have been to other locations multiple times. My food was good and tasted as expected, though the wings were smaller in size in comparison to the last time I visited a Wingstop (about two months ago). One of my friends ordered immediately after me and waited about ten additional minutes for his food, which was interesting. The tables were a bit sticky. One of the employees was cleaning the men’s restroom and kept it locked for about 20-30 minutes. My friends and I hung out together for about an hour and a half; during the last half hour, a strange police siren sound blasted from the employee break room once every five minutes. The employees were often talking loudly and giggling in the kitchen. I really enjoyed my food, but the atmosphere could have been better. I would probably visit again, but probably only to pick up food and eat it at home.

Food is always on time and quick. Flavors and seasoning for the fries and wings are half done at times. Seems as if they only flavor one side. Every time I pay the extra amount for only flats, the order is never only flats as my take-out order states.

This is now the THIRD time I’ve come in for lunch and had to wait 5 minutes before even being acknowledged to have my order taken because the young man during day shift is too busy on his phone/airpods to actually do his job. It would be different if it were a one time occurrence, but this has literally happened three times now with the SAME worker. Is there any management at this location or are they in the back on their phones too?

Super Bowl Sunday is the equivalent to Black Friday for wing stop and walking in to this location showed it with the amount of people! BUT the staff kept their cool, patient and friendly. I couldn’t believe how painless and quick it was for everyone! They had a system down and it worked really well! And who I assumed the manager to be, was so friendly and personable. Respect to this staff! and to everyone reading this- please be kind, please be patient- it matters!

Came in last week to order some wings. They made them pretty fast. The only reason I rate them such a low rating is because there was hair in my food. I’m pretty sure the owner of this place won’t reply like the other wingstops. Don’t get me wrong Wingstop is good but just order from a different location.

We had a decent experience. Their chicken was not bad. The napkins were not available for people to take. We had to ask for napkins, which was inconvenience. There would be loud siren that would periodically jump scaring us. The bathroom was horrendous. Maybe they were busy with online orders, but someone should periodically check on the status of the bathroom. It could ruin a dine-in experience. If a restuarent allowed the state of the bathroom to slipped, it could mean the same for the food as well. It’s bad optics.
