Not going to lie, didn’t have a great experience, I ordered take out wings and waited almost 30 minutes to get them. When an employee finally checked on me and asked if I was picking up I had let them know I was still waiting on my take out order and they pulled my order from a rack behind the counter where it had been waiting for over 10 minutes because they didn’t bring it out to me once it was done 🙁 when I mentioned that it had been sitting there a while and was probably cold the employee just brushed me off and walked away… Now I get to go home and eat cold wings :((( I really wish I had asked for a refund or at least a new batch, I was just so hungry, especially after having to wait so long.

I’ve been here twice for online orders. The first time they hadn’t even started my order (despite ordering much earlier). This last time I could see my order was ready, and the people working refused to help me (or any of the 6 other customers waiting for a cashier). One employee went as far as to pull out her phone and start texting in front of everyone waiting to be helped. I’ve attached a picture, where you can clearly see the several online orders ready, and the employee on her phone with her airpods in. I waited about 12 minutes before someone came to the front.

Ordered (4) 10 count classic Wings, (4)ranches and went home to find ZERO ranches. We didn’t want to drive all the way back to the store so stopped by after work the next day to just pick up 2 ranches to finish the left over wings. The lady asked for my receipt, I did not have it so just asked for (2) ranches or she can look it up. She said she will look it up but has to finish up some orders. 6-10 mins later I’m waiting for 2 ranches still and she has yet to take a sec to look my receipt up or just give me two ranches so I can leave. This isn’t the first time they forget to give us ranches. Definitely will not be returning to this wing stop location ever again!

I come to this location about once a month to satiate my Wingstop cravings. I’ve never had a bad experience, although occasionally I don’t get an even number of drums and flats with a classic order. Sometimes they even include an extra wing by accident! I have noticed recently that the fries portion sizes seem to have gotten smaller, which I hope isn’t a permanent trend. Employees have always been prompt and friendly.

My family and I have come to this location twice and have eaten zero times. The first time we showed up 15 minutes after opening and were told that they weren’t ready to serve customers so it would be about an hour to get our food. So we left and went to BWW right down the street who opened at the same time but was ready to serve customers. The second time I went alone and it was around 8p. They wanted to know the name of the pick up order and so I told them I wasn’t picking up but wanted to order and eat there. I was told that they had so many online orders that it would be about an hour if I ordered. From what I saw there were two employees there. Come on. Staff up and show up so people can order and get food in a reasonable amount of time. If they want to be a carry out / delivery place, fine just do that. This is the only location that has been this way but needless to say, I’m done trying to eat there.

Order a full meal didn’t receive fries or drink with my meal. Called back to speak to someone. Told them about my wings and not receiving everything. Was told not sure what you would like me to do about the wings but we can remake the fries. I would have like the whole order hot in current to be told I’m not sure what you expect me to do about it. I ask for a refund in was told by the manager Eric Norton bring the wings back in I’ll get a refund. Never got the full order to begin with in for him to be rude about it was even worse.

Ordered chicken tenders with 6 different flavors to try. They didnt label nothing. 5 of the 6 all look alike in coloring and so similar in taste you cant tell which flavor is what. Next time, im gonna take ALL the boxes back to them, AND SAY I WANT YOU TO TELL ME WHAT FLAVOR IS WHAT WITHOUT TASTING EACH ONE. AND IF THEY CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE- REMAKE MY ORDER WHILE I WATCH YOU, AND I WANT EACH FLAVOR LABELED.

This location was disgusting. We went for a quick lunch today and it wasn’t clean. For it not to be that busy, I would expect them to be cleaning in between customers. Here are pics of the drink machine. I didn’t even bother getting a drink. It looks like they haven’t that in a while. We were there at 1pm, so in the few hours being opened they couldn’t have accumulated that much build up. The Rona has taught us that cleanliness is more important than ever and this wingstop doesn’t seem to be following that same mindset.
