Went to place an online order, but at check out it flipped to online ordering not available. Called the store and someone answered, but didn’t say anything. All you could hear was a female, I assume it was the super or manager, YELLING at her employees that when they answer the phone the first thing they need to be saying before anything else is it’s an hour and a half wait. Yelled it again, and when the girl finally spoke she sounded so defeated It’s so called leaders like that, that make working in fast food miserable. No wonder they were behind, if I was the young lady I would have walked out.

Food always good no doubt. My issue is that it’s a pain when I order over $90 and between tip and delivery fee spent $15 only for my order to be incomplete! I’m sure folks get busy but for real check the order when you bag it and have it sent out. I had it delivered for a reason and I can’t just come back up there to get the rest of my order that was missing!! Please do be better!!!

Mess up our order every single time. Every time. Not to mention that every time we go inside to pick up an order the place is usually dirty, and disorganized. This past time they left out a large portion of our take out order and after getting home and realizing it, tried to call and no one who’s pick up the phone. So got to wait another 25 minutes for our missing order. Fun stuff.

Tried to eat at Wingstop in Belton today. We ordered at 12:25 left at 12:48 I checked on our order they forgot to put it in or something. I wanted a credit they refused. They said they can’t return the money back to my debit card. They said there’s no one who can do that in the company not even the GM. They had 4 other orders still ahead of us. We would have had to sit there another 30 minutes. Rude and unprofessional, they wanted my receipts back write my phone number on it. Someone will call me back and give me coupon for our next order. There will be no more business from us. Watch out these guys weren’t straight. If you don’t like being ripped off don’t go there.

Me and my partner honestly love wingstop and we go all the time but if you do just a heads up you might get a rude host. Every time we get Geanie as host she gives us an attitude and makes it hard to order the food. When we ask for clarification she gets frustrated and is rude. I’m not one to complain ever or make reviews but I’ve never had to deal with a host being that rude I get it there are bad days, I work at H‑E‑B in the service department but the way we are treated is not how we should be.
