I was disappointed to receive my order with cold food and greasy limp fries. I understand that restaurants can have a tough time keeping up with busy periods, but I expected my meal to be warm and fresh. I hope the kitchen staff can take note of this issue to ensure that future customers receive better quality food.

We had really good service especially since they were really busy. We did get cold fries but the wings were hot. It’s texas and it’s over 100 degrees so the temp inside was kind of warm which is understandable with the cooking and door opening all the time. It was an okay place to stop at for a quick bit.

The Uber driver forgot my drink and when I try to figure it out she lied and said it wasn’t there. I called up the store and the two ladies was very sweet and kind to me. They was willing to give me a meal and drink to make up for the mistake the driver did. I never had a place that cared enough for their customers.

I haven’t been to Wing Stop in about 6 months or more. Their customer service is bad, and the food was messed up even after I waited 45 min for corn that only take 2min…literally. that particular night i went in for a remake of my order. They were busy, and like I waited 45 min for them to still mess up the new order. So I said I wouldn’t go back.

This place needs more staff and more management. I’ve been here three times and every single time this Wingstop seems to fail to deliver anywhere close to their timelines. Even when my family orders 40 minutes ahead of time for pickup, it’s still almost an hour wait. Not to mention, you have to check over and over again to verify they got it correct or that they gave the correct amount.

So the sweet was not empty; she just added wayer more tea bags and sugar. The app said my food was ready at 814. I didn’t get my food until 830. Why is the flavor just on one side of the chicken? So, I am upset with this meal today. The owner needs to get the manager retrained.

We spend so much money here. EVERY SINGLE TIME. They mess up our order. This last time they didn’t even do a whole part of our order and then handed my husband a cold basket of boneless wings like they just came out of the refrigerator… let the manage feel them. Grated clearly they made new. But it’s every time there’s a problem.
