First time there. Asked about flavors and was never told could have everything plain if I wanted. Asked for the classic no flavor on wings but received mild, still too hot for wife. Did not ask for flavored fries but received something with some kind of flavor, did not like. Chicken tenders were fine, but will not be going back. Cashier acted as if she was doing you a favor just to answer your questions. Too many other choices to put up with that. Did not know about issues til got home, was not going back to complain, too hot, too far.

I ordered wings on 6/10/2023. The wings and fries were PERFECT. Normally other WingStops have soggy fries with minimal seasoning and overcooked wings. This location had it going on. The sweet girl at the front counter (that handed me my order) was amazing. Kudos to her. Overall, great staff and food on this order.

Amazing customer service. Brandie was very helpful and she was front register and she even was in the kitchen making wings as well as bagging up orders. There was only two people that I could see working and they were doing great just the two of them.

It was horrible. It took almost 45mintues for our order. It was 3 of us. Several dashers , officers and other people who came in after us received their order first. The chicken tasted as if if it needed to be cooked some more. It was clean but the food was not so good.

This place is full of rude and extremely understaffed workers who give nothing but terrible service. We have tried many times to get online orders, and it’s always unavailable. They have gotten multiple orders wrong and completely forgotten/left out things we ordered, costing lots of unnecessary money. Ordering in store or online both result in this way. I tried to call and ask about the food we didn’t receive, and they didn’t answer, of course.

Love the food! I just want to say that it’s a very slow service and the order taker was just going on and on about how many hours she’d been working, not getting a day off because the young co workers and prom and none of them want to work…All the while, she was not listening to us order. She kept saying ok and you wanted what…etc. I was just wishing she could get over it and take our order. Thank goodness the food was awesome! The interior is newly decorated and looks nice and they got a new cool soda machine.
