Placed an online order and didn’t receive my whole order. I was missing 2 orders of wings. Restaurant blame the delivery guy, but they are the ones responsible for giving the bags to the delivery person. Anyways call the restaurant. I spoke to Ashley, who couldn’t give me an answer. The poor thing sounded lost. Call the next day spoke to the manager Brenda who was rude and said they were only going to give me a refund of $14 for 2 orders of 6pcs wings and an order of corn, which still needed approval by her boss. At the end she hang up on me since she said she was busy. I will never buy food from here ever again. Employees are rude and sound like they don’t know what they are doing.

My family orders Wingstop every weekend. We usually do online orders but we also wanted hot lemon pepper that isn’t available online. So today 5/21 at 3:23 pm I called and tried to order a 50 piece family pack and the girl said I couldn’t order by phone I had to go in for that order. When we’ve been ordering by phone orders this big for years now. What’s the point of placing a phone order ahead, when I’m not allowed to? So guess what I did, places an order with the one on Texas parkway. Where they do take a phone order!

Closest Wingstop to us so we order from here for several years. Rude staff. If you try to reach them over the phone good luck with that. Either they hang up on you or put you on hold for so long and then end up hanging up. Please don’t forget to check your order there because they never give you your entire order and get mad when you call or go back for your missing food. I’ve had wingstop delivered to my house as well when I am sick or busy but always end up having to go up to the store to get my missing order. Waste of time!

Will never go to this wingstop again. If I knew they didn’t have a seat area, I wouldn’t have gone. I ordered my food online. The only reason why I even ordered at this restaurant was because I wanted to relax on my lunch break, and the app stated they had a coke freestyle fountain machine, which they didn’t.

Took near 40 min for 3 chicken sandwiches after being told it was going to be 20. I know it’s not accurate, but does it really take 40 min for some sandwiches? People that ordered after me were getting their whole orders. Don’t go here if you you feel like waiting an unnecessary amount of time for your food.
