I go to this location every other week. I get the same order. Korean bbq and lemon pepper. The manager tried to convince me that these Korean bbq wings are normal. There was NO sauce on the wings. It looking like dirty grease.

The guy in the front needs to be fired. I went in today 08/10 in the evening and this was the worse service I’ve ever encounter. If he doesn’t want to work in customer service or deal with people he shouldn’t be there. Instead he’s there rolling his eyes at every single word that I said. Making uncomfortable & unnecessary noises like an animal dying when doing his job. Customers should feel welcome instead of uncomfortable & awkward when ordering food which makes this place run. Management should know better why keep a person like this around. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I ordered a 6 piece bone-in wings meal that comes with a soft drink and fries at 6:25pm on a Sunday. The young man that took my order over the phone said it would take 30 – 35 minutes or more. I told him I would be there at 7pm. When I arrived I noticed flamboyant young man behind the counter playing with his pen, and asked if I was picking up an order. I said yes and gave my name; only to find out that my order had not been started. He told me to wait another 8 minutes. I gave them an extra 15 minute wait time and still nothing. I was really confused how a fully staffed Wingstop was not able to perform and deliver a simple 6 piece meal. I did notice however, that the morale was low and staff was completely unhappy. The other more noticeable sign of employee underperformance was the fact that they posted a Covid-19 sign on their door as an excuse to not prepare food on time. The dining area was completely closed off which was another sign that employees just did not want to work. I think the owner/supervisor really needs to evaluate this location. They are losing plenty of money and customers.

Trash ….Got 2 flats in my order and the rest drums. Not a good mixture. When I got there they had given my order to someone else. They did accommodate me by giving me a 15 piece at a 10 piece price…. fries were soggy…wings just nasty.

this is my second time i have a bad experience at this place. the first time i went with my boyfriend was a few months ago when i went and the young man bryan took my order. he sighed, rolled his eyes and i was like um ok whatever i order and got my order all wrong.

The service is terrible. The cashier didn’t know her job and had an attitude. And the black girl with blond and green dreads was rude. They say you can’t dine in but have tables and chairs. Sounds like laziness to clean.

I had a bad experience with customer service!!! First of all I could not seat in the dining area?? She said it was closed but they had chairs and tables?? So I was forced to eat in the car! And when I went inside for a refill I was deny a refill adamari said she was not able to get me a refill I asked why she said they won’t let her?! Wat kind of BS is that where is the customers service?!!!!I will never return back to that wings stop!!!

20 min wait and my wings still was not fresh. Tasted very old. I definitely won’t stop there again. The fries were warm. I couldn’t believe i got warm and stale chicken waiting for 20 minutes.

Waited about 45 minutes and the whole drink system they have going on is ridiculous. Someone comes out from the back to make you a drink from the fountain drink station in the dinning area. Food was okay but the wait was terrible.

I have never had a problem with this store but I do now I ordered a ten piece thigh from this location and it wasn’t done so I didn’t eat my order as soon as I got it so I called to today and spoke with a manager about it and she said since I didn’t call last night I had to bring the food back I guess I must be lieing so I’ll be there later with my food to show you that I’m not thanks for the hospitality
