Tried the new chicken sandwiches. They come in any flavor from their existing wing sauces/dry rubs. We tried the BBQ and the mango habanero. Both were decently sauced, but we only wished the chicken filet was a little thicker. For 2 chicken sandwich combos with 20oz drinks it was a little over $17.

First time ordering from this location! Ordered a large drink and paid the extra charge to upsize the drink, however what I received was a half filled cup of soda. Called back to speak with the manager and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. This by far was the worst experience at a Wingstop I have ever received. After spending over $50, paying for delivery and a tip, you would receive better service!

So, in a few words, very bad experience! I ordered online, for a specific hour, got there, wasn’t ready. When I got my food, 10minutes later went to my car and drove off. I went to get a fry, and the thing was cold and soggy, went back to the store and told the girl that I wanted fresh fries. She gave me back my food, trusting that they would get it right this time, Didn’t check again. they gave me LESS than they gave me before, and hot refried fries! I know because I worked in a restaurant and understand the concept of FRESH FRIED POTATO! So, this is basically the contrary of getting what I paid for! Be calling management tomorrow!

Wife ordered online 30 piece wings for family dinner, she specified she wanted the wings and the fries with EXTRA parmesan cheese on them. We got home Fries were BURNT with NO EXTRA PARMESAN and wings BARELY had parmesan on them. “WE CALLED SPOKE TO MANAGER SENT HER PICTURES AND SHE SAID SHE COULDN’T DO ANYTHING FOR US, EVEN WITH THE PROOVEN PICTURES I SENT HER.
