I came in about 10 minutes before closing. The male and female pictured refused to service me and another cashier kindly took my order. Extremely poor customer service. They were so busy packing away their free wings and socializing the can’t provide decent service. I would recommend any location other than this one.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All of my wings had LONG patches of feathers…I brought the food right back only to be told REFUNDS ARE 3 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS ONLY APPROVED BY THE GENERAL MANAGER! When I wouldn’t accept that they called the police on me! NO REFUND OR FOOD! Wingstop thinks this is acceptable policy. I have tried to give this location many chances. I am a fan of wing stop but this location can never get it right. No matter what time or day my order is always wrong. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wingstop. I came in very positive with all smiles and was greeted with a surly uninterested individual named Ashley. I felt unwelcome from the very beginning. When I was about to order my wings she stated exact change or card only. I asked for simple clarification on the fact that they had no change and she looked at me as though I were an idiot because she just said that. Get new employees. I didn’t even order food here because of the way I was greeted.

I’m from maine and was ordering online and for the weirdest reason it ordered here. Not their fault. But when i called to get it canceled and refunded. The lady didn’t even ask my name anything, just said yeah i’d be all set in 5-10 business days. It’s been a whole month and i never got the 50$ back.

The service is great, very pleasant people. The wings don’t taste that great. The wings are good but the flavor isn’t all that. I got lemon pepper and it tasted more like the basic garlic butter. I heated them up the next day in my air fryer though and they tasted hella good!

New location. They had a promotion for free wings until 6 p.m. and they handled the heavy customer traffic with ease! They were super speedy, and their wings were pretty good. It was very clean as well. The staff is pretty nice. It is much more spacious than your usual wingstops. They also have the variety cococola machine! Parking is easily accessible. They also have a wheel chair accesible sidewalk. This will most likely be my go to wingstop from now on. Also, the people promoting outside were kind as well. Adriana was very nice. Will be back here very soon!
