Very clean establishment and the food at their location was CORRECT!!! The wings were actually fried and seasoned all the way through. They were NOT raw it was really good. I hope this location keeps cooking their wings like this. They were amazing. Staff was helpful and nice. We would definitely visit this location again. NOT all wing stops are equal but this one is legit.

Out of my 35 wings order I got 28 drums and only 7 flats. This is not fair. They should try to balance the number of drums and flats. The carrots they cut are giants! This place needs better training.

On August 6, 2023 called to place an order at 5:17 pm. The young lady that answered the phone acted very confused. When I was placing my order over the phone the lady ask me to hold on and was taking another customer order while I was in the phone. The lady never came back to the phone. I called back and no one answer. This the worst customer service ever. I don’t know what’s going on with Wingstop, but their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The cashiers are not taking orders correctly and they are not listening to the customers, but they want you to continue to patronize their business. Good Luck!!!

I made a call in order and I was told the wait time would be 25-30 min so I left my house 20 after the order was made and got to the store 5 min early! I told them I had I pick up order and my ticket was not able to be found as they had wrote it on a piece of notebook paper! I told them my order all over again and paid! I was told that it would be another 20-25 min wait! When I asked why I was laughed at and told because they don’t do call in orders right away and if I didn’t like that to do a online order! I told them that I do my order I special way and I was told to figure it out myself! So total wait time was over a hour! After all of the waiting my order was still wrong! One of the guys behind the counter taking orders and cooking kept messing with his pants and not washing his hands!

Pretty bad. Food wasn’t hot. Sandwich was pretty sad. Missing pickles. Asked for ranch and was given blue cheese. Took it back asking for ranch and was given blue cheese again. This happened a 3rd time before they got it right. Really don’t recommend this place.

Food was good, hot and tasty. About what I expected. I still think they have the best wings of any of the places that sell wings as their primary item. Called in a carry out order at 12:30 on a weekend day. The website says most orders completed within 15-21 minutes. 35 minutes later, I’m still waiting for my order while the manager sits and eats lunch with a family member or friend. Odd time for an employee to take lunch. Service while slow was friendly.
