Wings are dry and fries are just bad. The bone in wings are always so dry, no sauce at all, barely tinted the wings. I have to end up buying at least one “side of flavor” every time I get wings from this place. At this point y’all should just sell the wet flavors separately and give the wings without any sauce.

Update: tried again today May 6, 2023. Service was great but the restaurant was disgusting. The restroom floor and toilet was nasty and so was the dining area. Whoever owns this one just doesn’t care. There was also a puddle of water with no wet floor sign.

Ordered a to-go order at 4pm for pick up at 7pm. Went to the store at 7pm and had to wait another 35 mins for them to cook my order. Why did I order ahead? This location is truly not a representation of Wing-Stop but they have to get it together. 🙁

The staff are super friendly and I’ve been going here for a while. They get stuff done really quick when they aren’t back up too much. They are also super nice and the store is clean too. Never had an issue here, I will say I prefer the new managers as they are chill too.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I know this location can get very busy so I always ordered online ahead and on 4/20 I ordered at 7:41pm it said wait time 32-38 minutes took my sweet time arrived at 8:45 figuring that would’ve been plenty of time. But upon arrival they tell me they don’t have my order and asked for my verification email obviously I gave it to them and the manager said yeah sometimes online orders don’t go through. The manager wrote my order down and gave me a cup, I wasn’t told a time when my food would be ready after already waiting an hour. I almost slipped with all the ice on the floor by the drink station. So I was just chilling waiting on my food. I had waited 10 minutes and then the manager said my food would be done soon. 7 minutes later I looked at her and didn’t say anything but she could tell I was frustrated. She went to check on it and guess what.. one of the cooks had given my order that I waited almost an hour and a half for to some door dasher so whoever got my order hope you enjoyed it. I was so frustrated, I just asked for a refund and the manager said there was nothing she could do about it because it was online I have yet to receive it.

Ordered online app stated our food would be ready by 11pm we arrived at 11:02pm and got a notification that said our food was ready and completely to pick up. Walk in and it’s not ready our order wasn’t even started yet! Had to wait 30 mins AFTER our notification saying our order was ready for pick up to get our food! Fries are cold and our carrots and celery literally had ice cubes on them! Other people before and after as had to same thing happen they got a notification saying there food was ready for pick up when it hadn’t even hit the greese yet! Soda machine wasn’t working and after being repeated asked by multiple other customers not one employee cared to take a look at it. The entire store is completely unmanaged! Employees had absolutely no care in the world to be there or even act like they cared about there job at all! Definitely need to get a new night crew that was absolutely ridiculous!!!

8/2019 went back, very surprised. Food was fresh and very flavorfull. Fries were different but could not stop eating them. Expensive but I’m noticing all wings are now days. Had Garlic parmesan and bbq boneless wings. Also had mild bone in. Oh and they got the Amazing Coke machine that u can make your own drinks!!!!! Strawberry lemonade!!!!!
